Yes- max Exhumer skills
It’s with max shield skills, max fitting skills (power grid and cpu) overpriced T2 and and faction mods, shield rigs, overheated (requiring thermodynamics skill), and a fleet bonus from an Orca if one is available.
I also have implants that improve defenses.
It’s not hard to get 250k defenses. If you cant figure it out, it’s probably because you’re using medium shield extenders. Use Large. Two faction multispectrum shield harders, one T2 multispectrum shield hardener, two T2 large shield extenders, T2 damage control, one T2 power core, and one faction power core. Two shield rigs.
If your skills are good enough to cram all that into a skiff, you’ll get 181,000 EHP. If you have Cybernetics 4, you can get that up to 191,000 EHP.
The rest is overheating with a nearby Orca giving fleet buffs.
Easy.

So let me get this right. The site shows the DPS, EHP, etc, etc, that one would have for any specific level of skills training ? That is, one can actually input max skills and see. Eve itself does not do that, and only shows the stats for the level of training one currently has.
What is that site called ?
Gloria, it’s called EFT (Eve fitting tool). I haven’t used it in ages. But yes, you have to enter your skills and implants to get an accurate measure of a ship’s stats for your specific toon. You can also enter skills you don’t have to assess what a ship can do before you train into it. IDK if the tool is still active. Eve’s in-game fitting tool has pretty much replaced it for many cases and has made it a bit obsolete…with the exception of the “future skills” part.
