This brings to mind… so to answer OP’s question: Maybe some EVE players take specific titles all too seriously. As for the why, maybe the reason is they are jealous.

It looks like a post that I answered was removed.. I gotta wonder though. Why?
It was not spamming, off topic posting, or even a discussion of warning and bans. Nor rumor mongering. Whatever that last one means. Nor any of the other reasons listed that was not in bold. It was clarifying why I play EVE. It was a legitimate question and I posted a response that took the question seriously.
I guess it is, what it is. SHRUGS

As both the question and my response were deleted. I do not recall all that I had posted. Nor what was needing to be really clarified. In all likelihood it would be deleted again. Just not worth that much effort. SMH
CCP, like any company, determines what they want on their forums. I suspect saying anything else would get this post deleted as well.
