The problem with hype and bubbles is knowing when they are going to pop.
I’m always reminded of the HR director at this dot com I worked for. She told me she used her sons entire college savings to by options in that company. It blew up 3 weeks later.
People say well Elon invested in it. Sure, .000001% of his fortune.

Diversify your investments.
Just don’t exclude crypto because a few people that know nothing about the technology claim it’s a rigged ponzi scheme, designed to stop working and steal all your money.

The future fundaments are economy based. Not currency based. Technology will dictate future, economy is based on peoples work, capitalism, not redistribution of money in every form possible.
Be inventive, have company that makes something usable, you will get happier and help other get happier.
