Not to mention the upkeep would take a lot, since PS4 (from what I remember) has proprietary means to make games run while Xbox One and the like require the new Windows store platform thing, UWP. So that

I can have to alpha account min working at the same time without any special program.

Then buy a PC, download Eve to Steam and use Steam Link or otherwise just get a TV that accepts HDMI and hook that to the PC.

Far as I am concerned, if you get online in it, you play with more than forty players at any given moment, you are playing a MMO. Now if there’s levelling up, character development, quests and roleplaying opportunities, add ‘RPG’ at the back. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t make that game not a MMO.

Did you buy a console and found yourself not having enough games you want to play on those and now want something to justify why you even have a console?
