game events shouldn’t be just to the most blingest or best skilled players. All forms of PvP has a lot of that(not all of it, mind you). This is an event meant to be enjoyed by all. Why then not different levels with different rewards.
This event lasts longer than 3 days. Once again, lets not divide this already fractured community.
EVERYTHING in Eve is competition. But I still think broader parameters should be discussed especially when dealing with the community as a whole. Everyone(for community events) should be able to enjoy.
Newbros with the explo frigs and modules have Very few chance of hope against the regular player in his Astero or gnosis with the better gear. I’m not asking these sites be easier but should at least be as numerous as the combat sites are.
Those are “George Foreman” style snakes, not “Mike Tyson” style ones. Once you’ll grow older and accumulate some knowledge, you’ll know the difference.
Game events should be whatever developers decide they should be. After all, they create the game. We play it. I know the idea must F with some people’s ego trip. However, we would all be eager to see how YOU would create a game event. Let us know when your my idea is better game releases. There’ll be a rush to your door.
I’ve seen plenty of newbros succesfuly doing explo event sites (and hunted some of them down). Sounds like a case of skill issue and preferring whining over actually going out there and taking your chances.
