Neither of those things are significantly relevant to the suggestion of granting younger players more access to event sites by adding easier, lower reward sites, possibly gated.

We’ve provided a critique of how your suggestion does not work over 50 posts ago and you still haven’t wrapped your head around it, instead falling back to the generic goal.

Great generic goal but no one is talking about it. The only thing we are talking about is your concrete proposal for achieving it (gated for smaller ships) which you’re literally mentioning here again and we’ve already critiqued. Reflects reading zero posts and zero critical thought.

It’s no one’s problem except yours that the past 50 posts have poked a hole in that idea and you decided „no“ and stopped listening.

You can keep pretending I’m the problem but it’s not fooling anyone and the thread has moved on. So am I, I’m not interested in your goalpost-moving-but-not-really weird „I don’t know what’s going on“ freak out 2nd Edition. (1st edition was: You last did this over me suggesting to not make fun of people who PvP in groups, and 2 times starts to form a trend line).

Cerbs can run them. Pretty sure most BCs can run them too. T1 cruisers just might lack the damage to overcome the Overseers tank at the end, but these can run them in groups easily.

I would love to enjoy these sites myself as well. Even if they would be lower difficulty for less loot (as people mentioned my skills might be lacking, though i got no problem running any L4 missions).

I’d love to micro manage my drones too in there, but when they get popped instantly, and a gecko almost dies in 10 sec from a BS, then I think there’s a bigger issue with drone afkers.

Yeah, right. I don’t believe you when you say you have no problems running “any L4 mission”. There are some missions in which drone aggro, neuts, weapon disrupts, webs and points are an everpresent threat. Anti-ammar and blood raider missions in parictular. Hence, I call you out on being able to run any L4 mission without problems if you can’t run these sites. Basically any fit capable of running C3 combat sites should have no issues with L4 missions or this event.

1. Drones are targeted.
The NPCs target drones and pop them in 2 shots, If you have a drone boat, good luck with that.
This is the most ridiculous “feature” in EVE: rats that target drones.
Drone boats are literally useless in this event, useless in sleeper sites, and in a few other circumstances.

Btw, I have seen miners doing this carebear site with gilas and rattlesnakes… both drone boats. And they had 0 problems in doing so.

This is a poor measure. Level 4 missions are so unbelievably easy and so many people seem to think they indicate a level of skill. I can make an alt tomorrow and by the time it has 6-8m skill points they’ll be completely unkillable by the NPCs in any level 4 mission in the game, tanking the whole room, whatever. NPCs in level 4s are barely even bots. They almost all just approach to optimal and shoot with minimal ewar of any kind.

If you want to see meaningful PvE in Eve you need to start looking at higher end combat sites, FOBs, incursions, Triglavians, etc that require actual teamwork and strategy not just a passable-fit marauder.

Any event with 90% loot drops is a great event from where I’m sitting. It’s basically the only thing that motivates me to play EVE nowadays.
