Nobody can do anything “unsanctioned” to you unless they use a program that allow them to bypass game mechanics which is a bannable offense.
For everything else it is automatically sanctioned by you the moment you choose to launch the game.
Everytime you try to deny the right of other players to play the game as intented, you are doing harrasment.

The mechanic already exists…all you have to do is put it on for EVERY action where another player is involved…even sucking on the roid he is mining…simple as it sounds…
No acception,no possibility to even use a roid he is mining on…
As a pure wh player myself, I love being able to get sp without having to do too much. CCP cannot please everyone I guess.
