It’s not better, it’s not in-game. why can’t we have an in-game bounty system like we used to have - instead of going to some third-party website.
Cool, will enlist one to make some money back from the ships that die anyway while ganking. A useful service.
So, just to clarify, in order to place the bounty you pay New Eden Pleb Force, and then if they kill the target they get the money, and if they don’t kill the target they already have the money anyways - so really, it actually IS a scam.

well in the old one i was up there at the top 
for a while but within the top 10 for as long as i can remember i also think most of the top 10 were Code or ex Code but ccp decided to remove this part of eves history from the game .which makes me sad
i also want my 13 bill bounty on me back, at around 100k each bounty placed on me that took many years to build up . and every bounty was earned the hard way with a dead pod

Yes I do remember you being on top, maybe someone will add you to our bounty board , I’m sure you can upset someone , I remember my bounty was 315,315 that to has gone
Karak if you sign up an alt let me know who it is , I’ll get you a licence , we are vetting dodgy alts but as it’s you I’m sure I can do something.
If you want someone to hit bounty targets where there is no corp to wardec and no killright you will need us anyway
NEPF has received the first bounty payout claim and paid the bounty hunter. In this case it broke down this way

We will be looking at each individual claims and comparing payout amounts plus insurance and dropped loot value versus replacement on market. This is to prevent people abusing the system. We will be adjusting the amount we pay out to reflect that if need be.
In the case of the first bounty claim above
Replacement Cost 46,628,350
minus dropped loot (assuming they recover it) 4,001,136.66
minus full payout 28,417,555
minus insurance 4.5
equals 14,209,653.84 in the hole
Even with a normal t1 insurance at 8,446,062.10 payout, the pilot would still be out 5,763,591.74 using our current payout percentage. But we will be keeping an eye on it and adjusting as needed to prevent insurance fraud and may adjust that 70% over time once we have more data in.
We have also added a mailing list for notifications on bounty payouts and new bounties posted. Just in case you want to know when new targets are available as a hunter or as the one placing the bounty you will know when the bounty has been claimed.
The Hall of Fame and Hall of Shame are both active now as well.
