taking forever to do anything.
There are a ton of players so it will take time for the servers to make it. Could go back to the way it was before ?? and get nothing…

yeah saddly i did this earler this year and removed all the old mails that had the unsub link so no way to get to the right email.ccpgames.com/ page whitout a old email, so cant re-add myself to the mailing list
might work if i make a support system , but might be best if you guys made it abit easyer for ppl to re-add them self to get promo/sub time iss running low mails again… *

So, I received the mail on 4 Accounts that are no longer subbed. None of my active Omega Accounts received the mail. I didn’t opt out of anything. I’m confused.

Being able to log in somewhere and retrieve the video seems like a much more viable option than waiting for an email. I’ve yet to receive any email on any of my accounts spanning 3 different emails. But hey guess I have to wait several weeks now.

Well I do hope they’ll try this again, on monday seeing how many people appear to have not gotten the mails.

i firmly believe this video every year is a sanity check for ccp to see who accepts their advertisement xD

why cant there be a temporary accesspoint on your account where you can just click on the link for your video instead of depending on emails?

The news post says “1 January until 30 November” for stats, while above you say 1 December 2020. Can we get one of those updated so that they agree?
