Or it should offer different bonus’s depending on which filament is used, like missile projection on dark, but to make it more interesting it should offer those bonus’s to the rat’s as well so it would be a double edge sword :stuck_out_tongue:

Regarding the whole “ships blos up when time´s up” I would like to propose to change that a bit. Instead of just blowing up, would it be possible that basically the borders of the DED are breaking, and you start to take damage like you were outside of the pocket? Of this you get the feeling that you´re about to die unless you get the way out in the next few seconds

I’m interested in finding out about the damage types done by the deadspace NPCs. Is there something i can look at in game or is there an external reference? Thanks.

test it and it will tell you :slight_smile: literally

Best way to know is to jump on SiSi, fit an armor tank with a reactive armor hardener and look at what it says after it’s stabilized to tanking two damage types. If you want precise ratio, you can then turn off a hardener to see how the damage scales with different resists. Or there’s DB data dumps, but I don’t know how to access those, and it’s not as fun as flying ships.

If the damage types are random then a reactive armor hardener would work initially. Or, until is stopped and restarted…

What fits are people using for lvl 3, 4, and 5? I tried using a gila with 650 dps, 75 dps active shield regen (before resists) and its getting torn up by the battleships. i orbit at 50km at about 620m/s and im taking 300-700 damage per hit. all resists are 65-75%.

its 50/50 whether ill make it out of lvl 3s alive.

I see people pretty much only using ishtars right now but how are you guys tanking the damage?

Vagabond (finished all 5 with it on gamma and electric or what ever its called), there is only 1 bs that is doing the damage :wink:

ishtar and vaga so far ishtar did alot of tier5s that have +hp for rats except dark matter field

My passive gila tanks 740. i didn’t have any issues with tanking the incoming DPS (I haven’t tested the latest iterations yet)

Tier 5 dark matter field in orthrus extremely fast paced and annoying because of the ships bad capacitor and bad cargohold had drone bs drifter frig swarm for some odd reason i didn’t get squished inside altho my timer showed i was in just over 26minutes

Yea I think they removed the timer :smiley: thankfully it was really annoying, as you can do it with ship’s that do less than 500 dps now.

I’m still getting the ‘PlayerAlreadyInAbyssal’ error message.

Picked up another Dark matter field tier 5 site in a cerberus 1st&2nd rooms frig swarm 3rd room drone bs site was finished in 20mins 20 sec don’t even get me started about how badly the rats outtrack themselves the speed boost isn’t a very bright idea but the site time might be doable below 20mins will keep trying

Also so far very happy with the light automata supressor range and damage feels fair not happy at all with the heavy automata range is too high damage is too low atleast when runnign for cover to a light i know i can get a swarm killed so i actualy make an effort to get there.
