I also run the Mac OSX client and have had a lot of disconnects and failures on the SISI server recently (yet interestingly not on TQ).

It is a learning curve yes, but so is all new PVE content when it arrives. Like burner missions when they first arrived.

I agree. The eliphailes rats + drifter battleship mean you run into timer issues. esp considering the drifter bs behaviour or running to the pocket boundary.

You can also get 20 scram ones or damp ones or paint it’s kind of funny seeing all the painter lasers
I noticed the sleeper bs were damaged perhaps the seekers should be damaged too to balance the ehp problem

yeah i had a masive bunch on paint ones which really amplified the damage i recieved. manageable in a deimos but still significant

I’m confused about the weather descriptions on the filaments. Do the effects affect NPCs too? For example, does reduced kinetic resistance affect all ships? The wording is not clear to me?

Yes it does

Zealot double rep (close to 391 dps tank cold) in a c5 gamma died to first wave with drifter cruiser’s and frigs, lasers didn’t track well even while webbed (focused medium pulse + navy multi 36 tracking), the 600 afterburner speed of that thing with no plate didn’t help either.

Swapped tracking enhancer for a meta damage control and trying a c5 elec.

First wave same thing, went to suppressor tower it didnt work so went to tracking tower and helped alot had a strong exile which just just made me tanky enough to finish wave 1, 50% hull going into wave 2.

Wave 2 ton’s of drifter cruiser’s, 3 tracking disrupters 2 neut’s lots of scram, finished in 18% hull… way too much time lost with all 400000 cruiser spawns, not sure if 3 min 30 sec is enough to finish 3rd wave. (432 DPS)

Wave 3 Drifter 3Bs’s + 1 cruiser and 2 frigs, frigs where webbing scramming tracking disrupting, killed both frig’s and cruiser and got 1 bs into half hull before the timer ran out and I died…

So I need 650 dps to finish these… Wonder how many none t3 cruisers have 650 dps, definitely not a zealot.

On a side note not having any swarm’s is great, a lot more interesting and challenging but timer needs to be at least 25-30.

Having no frig swarm’s also makes T5 a lot less exploitable as you can use a 12mil ship buffer fit and keep throwing them away until you get 3 swarm’s in a row and auto win xD.

C5 Gamma in a vagabond

Wave 1 vs lots of frigs and cruiser triglavion, struggled to track near tracking pilon (425’s needed dps to beat the timer, but couldn’t track because of it) + died in seconds due to extreme dps.

C4 Gamma in a Stabber Fleet

Wave 1 Frig swarm! Suppressor does no damage to npc’s anymore it’s now a pretty firework tower, couldn’t kill fast enough and died.

Guess C4 is at the difficulty level of max’ed Hac/Gila

C5 is maxed Hac/Gila with lot’s of mutated upgrade’s. (Require’s 650 Dps or you will die from lack of time.)

Seem’s fine but need more time then so those expensive ship’s don’t die to unlucky spawn’s (Huge Tank) with a tiny 20min timer :confused:

C3 Gamma in stabber fleet with about 220dps tank, against Drifer frig’s + BS Dps was pretty huge, died.

Well, I did a big test a week ago. They looks much more harder to complete now. I see only few ship options to run those sites.

T2 With stabber fleet issue, gamma

first wave frig spam, cleared decently fast.

2nd wave lot’s of cruiser with web’s and 1 BS, been shooting this bs with hail and 381 dps for about 7 minutes now still not dead… died at 8min have 4 min to do wave 3… how is a T2 boss that tanky?? Wtf, these npc’s in general have way to much ehp, only a gila has enough dps to burn through it really.

3rd wave ran out of time and died with close to 400dps… in a t2…

These site’s should not be balanced around a gila :confused: it’s not fair to normal ship’s with sub standard dps.

Its because they use the same npcs across all tiers if it was a lucid deepwatcher its not exactly a boss like the drone bs or drifter bs you can encounter a couple at once in higher tiers I had 2 in a tier3 and they remote rep too

All weak dmg,strong damage,drones,all disintegrator weapon vedmaks all demaviks,all drifter cruisers,all sleepers and seekers share same file across all tiers so same tank dps etc

Only drifter and drone bs have different stats across tiers

Think a DPS balance pass needs to happen on a cruiser level if this content where to be released.

I think you could fail in there as is now with a good marauder let alone a hac :))

I think they wanted a lazymode encounter generating program but it isn’t working and now they have to bang their heads on it for original laziness

I think these rat’s need to active tank with small buffer instead of no active tank with super massive buffer, then the difficulty will scale with amount of e-war placed on you.

Those Sleepers and Drifters are so focused on drones. Drone boats aren’t optimal decision to run high tier sites.

Again, it looks like that only T2 Cruisers trained to the Mastery 4.5 or 5 and fitted with DED modules will be able to run those sites. I don’t like this concept due to a guaranteed Suspect timer afterwards.

Interestingly, the Sleeper and Drifter drones have huge shield and low armor and, at the same time, they have armor Logistics. ???

[updated] In many scenarios a 700dps Cruiser isn’t enough to finish the event in time!!!
