Activating a killright on another pilot should make both pilots suspect

It’s not about being shot back when activating a killright.

We are at a crossroads where change to EveOnline is happening and it is up to the Capsuleers to supply suggestions to CSM members who utilise this part of the forum when preparing their recommendations for future changes.

Remember it is about keeping New Eden feeling fresh and about moving goalposts, etc.

There is no reason for the pilot activating the Kill Right given the pilot with the kill right is the one who commited the offense.

Sounds like someone has a lot of Kill Rights on them for ganking and wants to set up a second ghost kill on the initiating kill right holder so gankers can more kills.

Rather sounds like some nullseccer had his highsec alt sent back to medical bay via pod express while it was afk autopiloting with its freighter, that alt then started selling 10m isk kill permits on the 1m isk thrashers that clapped him, and the other folks in highsec activate those kill permits to the point his freighter has already been funded and he is now generating income by selling more of those permits, as none of the kill permit activations ever result in a hull loss.

And now, his buddies, that were not allowed to blow up the freighter due to dark blue donut diplo, and hired Safety to do it, are mad that the afk miner they arranged a hull loss to, by their very action of arranging the loss, is making more isk then they had him lose.

First hand account?

No and no. The only thing that should happen is making the target suspect and give him a weapons timer, so he doesn’t dock or take gate.

Also #1, the killright should never tell the target who is handling the killright, if people transfer the killrights to me this will email the target and tell him that I am comming for him, this is preposterous. The target will simply reship, dock or logoff, don’t don’t his CCP.

Also #2, if people transfer their killrights to me/corp/alliance then I should be able to see the list of killrights transfered to me so I can run them.

Why do I even have to tell this? This should have been developed like this since this system was launch, just do the basics CCPlease.
