@Nikola_Dukic … sorry … really sorry … i feel so sorry but freeplay is free if you only play it insight the limits you have … you dont need to pay real money for eve … you have 5 million skillpoints and no mining barges or T2 ships or capitals …
insight this limits ITS TOTAL FREE you just have to accept what you get for free
its not hard just try it
some guys tryed to explain why it has limits but you dont can or want to understand … i am really sorry but we … we all … everyone here … cant help you … it is what it is …
CCP needs and wants to make money … so thats why you cant get everything free
JuuR
Does EVE still make money?
Oy…
This is how it works.
This is also what literally every other person here is telling you is an option.
This is not what we disagree about.
What we disagree about is your complaint and unwillingness to earn that 1.5b ISK on anything other than the terms that you somehow feel entitled to, within the limitations that you are choosing to accept and impose on yourself by not showing any flexibility in what you want to do in the game, and that the game does not allow.
Sweetie, I get how PLEX works now. PLEX has a value me and many others - that’s why it’s worth 1.5 bil or so on the market.
If I can do everything I want for free, what value does the PLEX have then?
You need the PLEX to operate a mining barge - so do I.
Lose that restriction, and the PLEX is near meaningless.
And if barges go free, then expect other barriers to fall.
Yes, this a slippery slope argument, now assure me it won’t happen anyway.
If you want a true F2P game, then just say so. That’s a different argument, and while I won’t exactly like it, I get it. Hell, it may very well be inevitable. The problem with that will be question on how CCP will make money AND keep EvEconomics’ free market ideals.
If they can pull it off, then fine. But I’m doubtful.

The game does not allow the mining option
I do not understand what is free.ORCA AND BARGE are just 1% of the game
Didn’t buy the 1% of the game for frigates before the edit, and I still don’t for barges.
Orca’s by themselves - maybe, but combined with barges - No Way.
Maybe it’s anecdotal, but my bottom line says otherwise.

How so?
You don’t have to use a Venture, back in the day before mining barges people mined in battleships, and that is an option that is available to an Alpha.
All alpha ships have low capacity and a bit of mining per second.
The fighting is not fun and I do not want to go into conflict with other players
BUT THE OTHER PLAYERS WILL EXPLOIT THING THAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR.
STOP THINKING ABOUT YOURSELF ONLY, M M O
Glad this was a trial, eh?
This way, when you find out that EvE just isn’t for you, there’s nothing but a bit of time lost and experience gained.
Fair Winds, chief.
–Gadget, out
You have no idea how good you’ve got it. Until they had the skills for barges and exhumers, people used to mine in frigates and cruisers before the Venture came along; it outperforms them in every single way.
The fighting is not fun and I do not want to go into conflict with other players
If you’re mining and selling the ore, minerals or other products made from them you’re already in conflict with other players. There is no way to avoid PvP in Eve, people either deal with it, whine on the forums about it or play something else.
You’re apparently in the whining group, can I have your stuff?
I think that this can be avoided because I am mining for a month without a single conflict.
but tell me why FRIGATE goes beyond BARGE
What have you done with the ore that you’ve accumulated?
but tell me why FRIGATE goes beyond BARGE
Show me where anybody has claimed such a thing.
Frigates are expendable.
Take risks with them.
Go Wormhole mining.
Sneak into LS.
Can Alpha’s Gas mine? if yes - DO THAT.
But nothing in the game, other than ship spinning, will will allow you to avoid conflict.
Avoid combat, sure - but you have to be vigilant - and it won’t always work.
But you do know that your Barge will be a shinier target than your venture.
Expect more conflict.

I sold the ore
sorry my bad
That right there is your conflict, the market is PvP as you’re competing in a player driven marketplace; if you sold to a buy order you contributed to market PvP elsewhere, if you sold on a sell order the price you set puts you in conflict with other sellers.
I do not set a price, but I sell people who order
I immediately sell everything
You made a choice, the result is that the only thing you achieved was to contribute towards somebody else’s profit margin.
In short you lost an anonymous bloodless conflict, the casualty being your wallet.
The problem isn’t that Alpha status locks you out of barges, it’s that you make poor decisions that cost you isk. There is more information than you can shake a stick at about how to make decent isk in Eve, mining and selling to buy orders is the Eve equivalent of flipping burgers at McDonald’s.
Being the person that sets up buy orders in order to buy stuff at below market value, off unsuspecting mooks like yourself, on the other hand…
