How do I know they are rerolling low sec chars/alphas? Because here is proof:
First character I checked. Space Maker, ganker from their corp, doomheim at -2.83 sec status.

Here is a perfectly valid reason why Alpha accounts should not be able to suicide gank.
With a throw away alpha account, they don’t even need to delete the characters after the sec status is too low. They can just roll a new alpha account with the free 1m sp and stop using the low sec status character. The character is not deleted, so nobody can see or report wrongdoing.
This gives them unlimited new characters set back to 0 sec status. Thus they freely evade the sec status penalty. Only possible because alpha accounts give them unlimited free character slots. They could do this over and over and nobody would know.
Did CCP set a rule against people making and discarding alpha accounts once sec status is too low to evade the sec status penalty? Thought I heard something about that once. The trouble is, even if people are doing it, there’s no way for players to see that and report it.

Then report them for exploiting. Since its already banned. Nothing needs change with alphas. You just have to get a bannable rule enforced.

Which rule is that? Deleting gank alts to avoid the security penalty is bannable. But what about recycling alpha accounts? How are you supposed to report it if you cannot know it is happening? With deleted alts you can see they are deleted and you can see if their sec status was low. With recycling alpha accounts there’s no way to know if the player is doing it.
You’ve admitted several times now to having no idea and no clue how to find out if corps/gankers/alts are Alphas. That seems a far cry from your original “This is a pure Alpha corp out there ganking”, but whatevs.
Since you have no numbers and no evidence of Alpha accounts creating issues with these ‘abuses’, and since CCP never actually said what you tried to tried to imply - that CCP ‘said’ Alphas were not supposed to do these things, what exactly are you complaining about here?
I mean, you’re accusing Alphas (which you have no evidence of), of breaking a rule (making and discarding Alpha accounts with low sec status) that you aren’t even sure exists, to be enforced because of something CCP never actually said!
You’re just flailing around here looking for a way to pin some supposed ‘abuses’ on Alphas and you’re pulling it all out of your ass. If you just don’t like that Alphas exist, say so and work on that angle.
Alphas aren’t ripping off EVE. Alphas aren’t ganking all over the place. Alphas aren’t “cheap players who need to pony up and pay”. Alphas are what they are in every other F2P game - cheap and free content that makes the game look more active and viable without CCP having to program them or pay promoters to raise the games profile.
As has been stated multiple times above, if you see an abuse, report it. If you can’t see the abuse, why are you pretending it’s an issue that ‘needs to be dealt with’?

You literally just posted evidence of someone deleting gank alts…
If they are also rerolling alpha accounts CCP will discover that in any investigation at the same time.
So send the report to CCP security team, include the evidence you do have in your Email along with your suspicions and they’ll investigate.
Moaning here just shows you are too lazy to take the actual actions required.

Why would somebody biomass an Alpha clone? You would just make a new Alpha clone… It isn’t as though you need to worry about filling up the three alt slots.

If they are ganking, then they are ganking another entity. Unless they are ganking NPCs, how could the victim of the gank be unaware that they are being ganked?

If people are rerolling alts to avoid the consequences, then their accounts should be banned. But one character, that may not have had anything to do with avoiding consequences of low sec status, did you report it?
And ultimately, how do you know that was related to an alpha in any way at all?

See this is an example of a good eve player. learning from mistakes and finding a better way.
If you do not like being ganked then learn a better way to mine. Be active, watch local and D-scan, tank your mining ships, find a better area to mine in. For sure stop blaming all your problems on alpha accounts, if they are ganking then they are only enriching the game by taking part in an activity that has been supported in eve since the start. If you really feel they are violating the rules of the game then report them, otherwise stop trying to ruin it for legitimate alpha players who may become omega players if they find enough fun things to do as an alpha.

When people being killed they not thinking about report the killer
It’s not PUBG with tons of cheaters in the end.
But i can say with 101% assurance that if your killer has < week experience and SS a bit less or around 0.0 - it’s alpha clone.
Simple math - if player only start the game he cant figure out how to be a suicide ganker within a week.
