Where is your proof of that? If it’s happening and you know about it, then you must be able to prove it (and if what you are claiming is true, then it is also rule breaking).

You’re right, it’s not. It’s up to CCP, and they have made it very clear that EVE is a PvP game and players who don’t like this fact are not going to be pandered to. Nor has CCP shown any sign of limiting alpha ganking and giving you what you want. I am merely stating CCP’s position on the subject since CCP employees don’t tend to bother with trolls like you.

It doesn’t mean that they will either.
All we have to go on is that they say that they’re keeping a watchful eye on it, and thus far have not done anything to curtail people using alpha characters to gank; from that we can assume that there isn’t an immediate problem that requires a fix, despite multiple threads from people whining about it.
