I doubt CCP actually knows that. I think internal data is a weak point for them. As an example, several people on the CSM forwarded me a report, in which CCP tried to estimate the average value of ships which were ganked. However, they included empty capsules, generating an absurdly low number, and erroneously supporting the notion that gankers primarily target low value ships.
