Speculation, but the YC115 one was a reward for PLEX for Good donations after Typhoon Haiyan, and the YC117 was for PLEX for Good donations after the Nepal earthquakes, so maybe these are a generic reward for donating to PLEX for Good? Or maybe CCP have a specific donation drive coming up.

Sorta reminds me of putting the cart in front of the horse… I just don’t understand why CCP would add that in the patch notes without announcing a specific donation event for it…
@DeMichael_Crimson do you or anybody else remember what the wardrobe can/container is called in-game? I remember CCP released such a thing – a container specifically for apparel items – a few years ago, but I don’t remember what it was called, and I couldn’t find it through any of my search terms either.
In the past there’s been suggestion threads for one but to the best of my knowledge there’s never been any special Apparel Wardrobe container implemented..
However there is an item pertaining to that… You might be thinking of the IGC Garment Keeper and according to it’s description -
Better than carrying a closet…
Course it’s not an actual usable item, it’s a Special Edition Commodity / Trade Item, a collectible ‘flavor’ item to sit in your hangar…

That announcement was done by ISD Buldath, who shared the news of him passing that same day…
Don’t know when or even if CCP will implement those pants…
As for the Cream colored ‘Mitral’ boots, maybe pair them with the Women’s ‘Sanctity’ Dress (cream/gold)?
Course the colors won’t exactly match.. For those boots, you can always mix and match different items to get something like this:

According to CCP’s recent Dev Blog, PLEX For Good Is Here For Good!…
As a ‘thank you’ for your donation, you will receive two (1x male 1x female) virtual Humanitarian Sisters of EVE T-shirts. Any donation made between 28th April and 5th May 11:59 PM UTC will earn you this apparel.
In the past players had to donate a specific amount of PLEX to earn the reward from PLEX For Good… However this one seems to be a ‘Deal Of The Century’ in the fact that any donation amount of PLEX will earn you a set of these new Limited Edition T-shirts… The only bad aspect is that they’re only available for 1 week from April 28 to May 5…

The new limited edition SoE ‘Humanitarian’ YC128 T-shirts were released today to all accounts who donated to ‘PLEX For Good’ during 4-28-2026 to 5-5-2026…
For those who missed donating PLEX during the time period mentioned above, currently there’s a couple of those T-shirts, both Men’s and Women’s, available in Amarr for 50 mill ISK…
There’s also some available in Jita but unfortunately sellers have them priced at 500 mill ISK… Even though they’re limited edition items, I think that price is definitely way too expensive…
Luckily I donated to the ‘PLEX For Good’ charity during the required time period…
Just realized no Capsuleer Day XXIII apparel has been implemented…
Usually those are distributed via the Log-in rewards… Hopefully we’ll have some available in the Agency rewards when the points spread is extended for the last week of the event…

OK, just an update, FC, formally known as CCP, has recently launched a new expansion called ‘Cradle Of War’…
A lot of stuff was implemented for it and unfortunately, no new Apparel items, yet…
The story plot for this new expansion is set to evolve over the next few months so hopefully some new Apparel items will be implemented sometime during that time period…
