Are you experiencing issues staying connected to EVE Online?

Yep. Getting issues. Constant disconnects. No idea why. Also… strange wallet behaviour… money went missing. Nothing in my Logs CCP (or PA)…

I have already filed a ticket. It’s with GMs.

get the odd random disconnect here and there, usually couple of times in a day, but only once every week or so…

i’m not the only person in our corporation to get this either, some have no issues, but some have issues more regularly than me…

We are from all over (US, EU, and Asia)

In my case it seems that the server is a little slow to respond …
Responding slowly to commands … and sometimes not registering all the commands when in rapid succession … Hiccups !!!

Last week or so I’ve been getting disconnected at random times. I can play for several hours, or I get disconnected multiple times every 10 minutes or so. Nobody else in my corp fleet is having this issue.

Since downtime today I’ve been met with this when I’ve tried to connect to TQ:

And when I’ve tried to put in a support ticket, this:

NONE of the links work from this page. The ONLY things I have any issues connecting to right now are Tranquility and the Helpcenter. World of Tanks works. Netflix works. Singularity works. TQ? Nope.

Next time do a TraceRoute, to see if there’s a hold-up on your particular route into TQ (which wouldn’t necessarily affect World of Tanks, Netflix or even Singularity).

Now I’m annoyed. Someone please give me a one-click solution to this crap!?

Going to add to this thread - i’ve been getting random disconnects the past two weeks. I’m very frustrated as its its going to get me killed in fleets if this crap keeps happening. I multibox 2 or three clients sometimes in PVP and with these continued disconnects - its VERY disruptive. I’m going to start posting on this thread every disconnect i get continuously until CCP does something to fix it. If this is an ISP, bandwidth issue, start sharing that info. If this is a database issue, then fix it or tell us whats going on…

Experiencing disconnect on all my accounts randomly. Sometimes one, sometimes some, other times all of them. It happens everyday. All traceroutes show clear (shows 7 hops). All IP’s and server names opened in my firewall.

Twice the last times I have played EVE-Online I have experienced EVE-clients loosing connection to the server. Multiboxing 3-4 clients at the same time, but it is always the carrier-pilot client that loose connection, after these massive “blobs” where we kill of Initiatives Keepstars without any resistance. Guess it has to do with the number of objects handled by the client instance or something? Potatoe-mode on all, high-end PC with lots of memory 32GByte RAM, 64-bit Windows and EVE-clients (guess the 32-bit is obsolete now?) 250/250 MBit internet connection with usual latency/pings of around 5-6 ms, yada yada. My impression is that this is a rather new behaviour, multiboxing 4-6 EVE-clients has been no problem before?

Decided to give Eve another try after being gone for 4 or so years and for the first time ever I’m experiencing massive connection issues.

I multiboxed whole fleets solo prior to my break and never had the issues I’m having now with just one client. Meanwhile other games have no issues and I can box 20 clients on a different MMORPG without issue.

Prior to this week I would have one or both of my characters disconnect at random times each week. Today alone, my mining character has disconnected twice, while the other character I use on a different account has remained connnected. This is getting increasingly frustrating. If this keeps up, I will likely not be renewing either Omega account.

This issue started happening for me today, with all my accounts. I cannot keep connected for more than 10-15 mins or so. Before the disconnect, I get major lag.

Been having alot of trouble today.

All the traceroutes in the network diagnostics end up failing after 52.93.*

seems the patch today has really messed up connectivity, was shopping in Jita and the UI was VERY slow to respond, click wait about a min then the window would pop up, my Null character has disconnected 3 times in 40 min. Ran multiple tests for my internet and everything checks out on my end, definitely a client side issue.

Multiple disconnects and lag spikes being experienced across all clients. Have tried using a VPN and without.

Currently connecting through Google Fiber in the midwest USA. Have tried using two different DNS’s for both IP4 and IP6 configs, though I don’t think it matters when it comes to game servers, maybe it does.

Just a datum, not a refutation - I’ve had 2 characters multi-boxing ever since downtime (5 hours) both doing stuff and cloaky-camping, with no disconnects or even lag . I’m in the UK.

I was lagging badly the other day however, and the traceroute stalled at - you guessed it - Cloudfront…
