You should try to escape them before you get caught. Warp to safety as soon as you see enemies appear, the good agility and warp stability of that ship should help you.
The trick is to see enemies coming before they have caught you. For this pay attention to your dscan, overview and local chat.

I actually keep eye on local chat… but it not helps with cloaked ships. When i mining I also align my ship with station so i could wrap more quickly… maybe its irony but usually they get me when i turn my attention out from screen :). I guess i have to learn also use dscan. I dont know how much it helps, but thanks for advice.
Of course it helps: As soon as you’re not alone any more, there’s a threat.
You may enter the name in zkillboard to find out what he may be up to.
