o/ fellow Rens trader
o/, you have probably bought or sold to Cefeg G, when it was a ship, Frigate to Battleship
I normally deal in ammo, t2 components, t2 rigs, fuel, and whatever else I can buy cheap from MH. And stuff I bring and trade for in Jita. Quicker turnover.
Cmon guys, Rens is a Toilet and everyone knows it

Evernus was broken for me, some time ago, is it working again?
Yes. Itās been fixed and is available again.
This might work for those kind of orders but if all of us leave the stations how about smaller sales - you have to consider that lots os players fly less expensive ships or just want to buy a couple of T1 modulesā¦
It will be a complete nightmare. But who really cares right? I bet that the ones that are complaining and that go to Fanfest will be only smiling and cheering CCP without even shot them with a couple of m3 of red dots.
It really sad to see a sandbox becoming more box and less sandy
All in all, we might live with bigger ticks, if you donāt leverage capital with margin you wonāt die - and I bet that the majority might not even have that skill injected - on the other end, the huge relist fee will effectively kill the market for everyone that want to trade (T1, T2, materials); unfortunately we have on one side Devs that act as they were the only ones playing and on the other side several players that think that everyone trade only on millions-level products - I really hope that weāll be all wrong, otherwise my first unsub will be in jully
Take that up with CCP, they are the one ā ā ā ā ā ā ā you.
Iāll make a killing, because I did this professionally in real-life.
Absolutely.
As far as I see in all threads, all players try to get it to CCP, unfortunately they act a little bit autistic
Iām just thinking: How often do you buy this stuff, and how long would you be prepared to wait, for say 1 item off the list. ā250 Small Tirmark Armor Pump IIā that sort of thing?
Well I can stay some time using up my capital on resubing with PLEX and do burner missions again for a while, then lets see what this games looks like, if all goes wrong I can go back to Everquest, lol.
I still remember the time when all the traders of EQ sat in the tunnel and shouted out their wares, that was fun.
Iām always buying, I have 300 billion cycling in the Jita market. 250 Small Trimark Armor Pump II, I will buy now, I will buy tomorrow, I will buy next week.
The only question is the price, but 99.99% of the time I am willing to pay more than the Jita buy price, and by more I mean more than .01 isk more. The exact amount will vary depending on what exactly the market is doing, but I am always willing to beat Jita.
Contracts were always better than market orders, and now that is even more true.
I might have to set up a Discord, like my old office, so I can deal with all the customers and vendors. Iām good at this though, I will buy buy buy, sell sell sell!
OK - so would it be ok to contact you randomly, and say:
āHi Aiko - I made 100 of these, can i contract it to you?ā
or would this sort of ātinyā level of buying be totally not worth you doing?
Yes, 1 or 2 items is a hassle, 100 is better, 1000 is even better.
Come on down to Crazy Aikoās Wholesale Emporium!
Bulk sales, wholesale!
I made a discord!
If contracts are the future of EVE, letās get started now.
haha! excellent āCrazy Aikoās Wholesale Emporiumā FTW!
Just one more thing: Is that your actual whole list up there, and we can pick something, and start making some
⦠oh ā ā ā ā i just realised - where we gonna get the materials from, now the marketās getting fcked! !!!
Iāll buy just about anything if the price is right, I look for items in Jita that are low on supply, and I put in buy orders to stimulate production. When there is a glut, obviously I stop buying for awhile, or lower my price.
In theory, the industrialist makes more money by selling directly to the consumer. Iām a middleman, so why wouldnāt people cut me out? The reason why is that when you have a stack of 1000 Warp Disruptor II, itās a hassle for you to sell them. Itās much more efficient to give a marginal discount and sell the entire lot at once, and then I assume the risk and burden of actually selling the garbage.
CCP is increasing the risk and cost of utilizing the market, which means industrialists are going to be sitting upon stacks of product, and they will hesitate to put it on the market and start incurring high broker fees. This is already the case, and it will become even worse. The higher the broker fees go, the more incentive there is to stop using the market altogether. Thatās just basic economics.
thatās often not how it works.
If I create items T, itās because I expect to sell those items at a value V that is making me profit. after taxes, time to produce, manufacturing taxes, hauling cost, etc.
Very often (but not always), the BO is below that value V. sometimes like 50%of V. So the only times people will sell to those BO, is when
- they need money fast (happened to me recently)
- they did not get to produce the item (stole it, got it from loot, from a gift)
- they are bad at math (happened to me several times).
Letās take a Talos BPO ; 4 runs ; in a system 5j from jita
tax in a 3% index system(you can find 2% close to jita but the value will soon reach 3% if you keep building there) is 6M1 ; minerals SO is 303M ; volume is 60000 m³ + minerals 260 000 m³ => 3M2 + 4M2 =>7M4.
total cost / 4 = 79M. then add taxes ā 81M (no broker fee - with it it becomes 83.6M )
in reality if you can have the minerals cheaper(usually you can) itās lower. Still the present 64M BO value is way too low to even consider building it (even though I have the minerals, the 10/20 BPO, , etc) . And I donāt take into account the 2H/ talos for production (not that much anyhow).
