CCP Totally Failed it's Hsec players

Well, don’t bother with mining. What is your problem?

Calm down miner

Begin to think “superhero” before you write something.
What are you doing here? There is a special thread for PvP players.

I still don’t get what you’re trying to say:

Are you, in a roundabout way, maybe trying to admit to RMT due to guilty conscience?

One can buy PLEX for real money to sell it/them for in-game ISK, but all that ultimately directly pays for is to save time --and not as much of that as one might think either, given how easy it is to make ISK in EVE if you just put in a little effort.

Because there are no ships or items directly sold in the cash-shop, and have never been, and I’ve been around for longer than that disgusting and pathetic cash-shop has been (and this not my oldest character by a few years, either).

If you and/or your nullsec RMT-barons Ebay’ed your stuff, then you even more deserved what you get --before you get perm banned at least.

(Because remember: Only CCP’s “friends” at the top of the null hierarchy are at-least-tacitly allowed get away with RMT, not you/us little people.)

If that’s true, then good riddance in advance, and don’t come back.

There are no safespaces for you in EVE sweetie

CCP is not stupid enough to do something like this.
The impact on their income would be dire.

I see that Châteaunerf-du-Pvp is still a fine whine.

Some things never change.

We thought they’d never be stupid enough to sell/trade skillpoints once, either, especially anchoring it to a cash-shop-only item.

It’s axiomatic, with CCP especially:

However low you thought the bar could go, it’s inevitable that it will always go lower.

Sorry, 100 seconds (though you can get 550 out of an Algos and still have mids for tank or like 480-500 with rigs/mids for tank)

negative wave

Not for the better, anyway

But you agree, it’s the best way protect the noobz from the evil gwankers?

Because those “more civilized” countries play the popular games that involve thinly-veiled casino games around loot boxes and gatcha mechanics while also paying for “convenience items” in microtransactions such as extra inventory slots? You know, those incredibly popular games where the core gameplay is the cash shop while the supposed gameplay is a mindless 5-minute button-mashing exercise of the bare minimum “demonstration of skill-based gameplay” to make the “civilized country regulators” classify the whole operation as a “game of skill” and not a “game of chance”?

You don’t get outside of EVE much do you? As this comment is horribly uncultured with respect to gaming.

Rubbish.

You and Garet are awfully judgemental.

Look: take your favorite game, let’s take mine. Currently it is Helldivers 2. It is around 550k DAU (daily active users) with over $210 million. It sold over 1 million copies. That appears pretty popular.

You know what’s even more popular than that PC gaming segment? Mobile. Candy Crush alone has 500 million players (500x larger), active DAUs are over 1.5 million (3x larger) and it grosses $300 million way-past-its-prime-years in the same timeframe as Helldivers 2 has come out hot-and-new (1.5 as much).*see footnote

You can tell me “man he is out of touch with the gaming market” sitting at a nice decked-out gaming PC. But I’m a data-driven guy, looking at the wider gaming ecosystem and the pressures on the business people running gaming companies.

The data informs my opinion: not even me sitting playing Helldivers 2 do I pretend “man I am just a mainstream gamer”: for every 1 of me there are 3 others playing Candy Crush and for every $1 I spent on Helldivers they’re spending 1.5x as much on mobile.

So yes, I “don’t get outside of EVE much” is the kind of toxic community comment that gives this community its bad reputation, instead of “that seems like a strange opinion, why do you think that?”.

Edited to fix math.

* Footnote: Candy Crush is not just way past its prime in terms of players, DAU, and revenue, which makes it already an unfair comparison to Helldivers 2, it is also not even in the top five revenue earning mobile games. It is around tenth place or less in revenue, making this even less of a fair comparison for me.

You know what?

Mining is relaxing.

We should all admire the audacity of the Miners out in Nulsec

Audacity?

Nulsec mining is quite safe

It’s funny how these people, who run around crying that the end of the game is neigh, and it’s all the gankers fault as if it’s absolute fact, can’t back up their claims with any real, substantial evidence.

It’s as if the meme „Don’t you all have phones“ from Blizzard‘s, Activision Blizzards, Microsoft Activision Blizzard’s Diablo Immortal mobile game reveal at Blizzcon is some sort of hollow joke meant to elicit laughter and not meant to be understood why it was a big famous gamer meme in the first place.
