One obvious way around this is to use cloaky campers, which we will do, but I’d argue that CCP should be encouraging active hunting over cloaky camping. This does the opposite.
Things have changed. As I said the multiple ways to stop cynos as well as lack of reason for Alliances or Coalitions to fight means caps aren’t getting used. They get used for Rorq or Super saves sure but thats because it’s kinda all we have left to use them on.

Terrible idea. This does not disrupt null sec power projection–by the way, why is the ‘age of chaos’ just focused on making those who live in null sec have to embrace really tedious gameplay? Who will it really affect? Well, of course smaller entities with just a handful of capitals.
Because literally, nobody is ever going to routinely gate capitals, and now (if you don’t adjust the cycle time of the cyonos too) you are making moving a capital by a solo player or member of a small entity costs 300m a trip.
Also, who at CCP (lol) thought, “hey we will make just two ship classes able to use cynos, force recons and 2+ billion tech 2 battleships?”
In any case, this is a train wreck in the making for you, CCP. You’ve basically invalidate the reason I have 3 of my four acounts subbed–and I am not, under any circumstances, going to pay for skill injectors or multi training certs to make my cyno alts ‘work’ again.
I am just going to sell my capitals, turn off my capital pilot, my JF pilot, and my cyno alts. I guess maybe a thanks were in order, because I was clearly giving you guys too much money.

I think you are going to find that you are going to have no one to drop your dreads on, that you can still manage to kill anyway.
This change is about the cyno though it appears to be also about the length of time it takes to train pilots to meet the new cyno requirements.
I had been watching the market on a few items that can either cost plex or isk.
ie;
Plex
Skill Extractor
Large Skill Injector
Small Skill Injector
Multiple Pilot Training Certificate
Daily Alpha Injector
Master-at-Arms Cerebral Accelerator
All of these have fine links between each of them and just recently there had been a slight shift in supply of Skill Extractor’s where the gap between buying on the market at a value of isk that equals 112 plex each to an increasing gap that would now convert for comparison to around 114 plex ea when buying singles off other players on the market.
The change is due to a few reason though one sticks out and that is the change to the refer a friend rewards.
Slowly this gap will increase to be almost on par with the current 140 plex each single though there will be players who undercut and sell their stacks of 5 or 10 at a lower price.
For the current system this is a major shake up also to the amount of free isk profit that can be made via the skill point farms. That change would indicate that less players will be attending to their skill farms which then also increases the value of the Skill Injectors + Character sale prices (value of skill points on the rise)
People react to charges differently were some see opportunity were others see doom and gloom.
Having an alt I figured would be the normal way of playing with high value items as it all ties in with risk vs reward.
This actually makes logistics easier, but by all means post a shot of you deleting your alts to really prove you quit.

Not many people are liking this change and me being objective usually, I agree also, but with that said…Yes cynos are too easily deployable but this change is far too heavy imo after having local taken away.
I propose to keep just the sub caps as listed to use cynos (blackops, covops and recon etc), But those ships able to use a cyno are also able to fit and activate a cyno aka all capitals.
Within 1 month 2 key factors that helped make eve what it ‘was’ are being deleted. I dred to think what else is to come err i mean deleted.
I’m going to unsub my 18,000 accounts and file a grievance with the U.N. for CCP commiting war crimes.

did anyone decide to do homework first… or talk to players or csm before doing any of this… isnt this what the CSM is for?
How about we just create a new kind of cyno that ONLY allows SUBCAPS to be BRIDGED to it. We can still do save fleets. Cap blobbing is reduced. And as a bonus BS’s will get used more and Rorq/Super saves will turn into actual brawls rather than chase aways.
