Frankly ISāLAH ive been pvpāing since 2003. Mining has never really been my thing. Thoose who say they will now unsub 20 accounts, are the same fucks who helps the inflation skyrocket. So GG Welcome changes.

This does feel a little bit too restrictive, I think at least adding the ability to fit T1 cynos to combat recons seems appropriate. Just please make sure to keep cynos off of strategic cruisers, they are already too good at everything anyway.
This does really seem to me like the final attempt to stop capitals being dropped on absolutely everything that shows up in peopleās space before capitals simply get nerfed into oblivion. So basically player baseā¦this is largely your fault.

Itās good to know you care for JF pilots, so they have time to train their several cyno alts to bombersā¦
Also trying to disrupt those irritating capital umbrellas successfully defending ratters (it took a decade to build them but yeah, take away rewards of the hard work, no problem) : all chaos attempts challenge all nulsec blocks more than goons. People with a little mind are already farming on goon alts (or highsec incursions?), but having a suicide recon cyno pilot in all ratting systems is something not many nulsec allies can do, except GSF.
Forced PVE was a bad idea, blackout is a good idea, limiting cyno use is a bad idea. (Fozziesov and caps jumping gates were bad ideas too btw)

So this is it, CCP. As a casual Null-sec player in a large coalition - the blackout was whatever. Just donāt be dumb / AFK and you can HTFU. I get it - let the chaos go on! But this proposed change is too much.
CCP is carelessly, fundamentally changing their game without consideration of casual players. Instead of adding content with counter-play, youāve lazily erased key elements of the game. I laughed a bit when people said they had unsubscribed for the blackout - I didnāt bother. But again, this is too far. 3x subs unsubbed. I have no faith in CCP being able to support this game.
