LOL. CODE is competing with those diamond NPC’s for Highsec supremacy. It’s just amazing that those NPC’s are using smaller ships for Ganking.

Not sure where the number are coming from you are trowing around here, but a mining permit always has and always will be only 10mil ISK per year. A really good investment if you ask me.
One of the funniest things about all of this is the “experts” like you, that just make ■■■■ up and pretend they actually know something 
James 315 was democratically elected Supreme Protector of Highsec by all citizens of Highsec. After the election he ratified the Code. It is the law of Highsec, it is the will of the people.
We are the good guys here. We represent the democratically elected government. If you go against the Code, you go against Highsec and it’s people, you are rebel scum.
No one forces you to stay in highsec if you have issues with the Code. Go mine in lowsec or whatever.

If you have a better way than we use right now please do tell, always room for more generals.
And as for being behind us I bet 90% of gankers are from null with the other 10% taking cuts from TTT.
Maybe we need to sell permits to null alliance’s to enter high sec.
Hit’em where it hurts, setup an Azbel to capture their revenue stream.
