Have you considered volunteering at a local community college or public school? You could teach reading comprehension and make a positive difference for so many of us illiterates. Honestly, none of us can understand your argument at all.
You could also teach programming skills!!

I’m utterly baffled this isn’t the default assumption in the USA. I’d never buy a fibre connection with a data cap, that ■■■■ is for low-end phone contracts.
I don’t know why it is like this. You could write up quite an interesting list with things you take for granted in highly civiized states from a EU perspective for example and find it is quite different in the US.
I don’t know why this is, maybe the country is too big or the income spread is too large. They have however also options to remedy it if they wanted and could afford it.
Considering that everyone is making this about bandwidth, DMC is correct. Those people really lack reading comprehension.

What undocumented patch? There was a launcher update to 1.12.10 and a TQ update to build 3183544.
Where are you getting an undocumented patch from?

But most are not having these, which means something else is happening.
As a lower income bracket American, I have unlimited home internet, and elect to have unlimited phone data (it’s like $10 extra for the phone). Maybe it’s a rural American thing, or just isn’t a thing?

These daily downloads affect players who have checked ‘download full client’. I get them. Not on weekends, but Mon-Fri it’s mostly every day that these ‘‘mini-patches’’ get downloaded. Mine are usually 120MB on a Mac, but sometimes there are multiple additional downloads adding up to around 200-300MB per day.

Have you tried unchecking the box that is causing you distress?
Not causing me distress. Just explaining that those unaffected likely don’t have ‘download full client’ checked. I need that option personally.

Okay then, guess I am wrong about that. I thought that explained the difference why some get them and some not. I’m on a Mac. That’s another thing.
There have been patches all week long for this week, but they all have some changes that Hoboleaks documented. Dyver though seems to think it is undocumented for some reason.
