OA should not return Local intel.
That it would do so, makes redundant removing/delaying Local intel in the first place.
OA can perhaps choose to do many things, at once, per system, but returning lost Local intel, either as delayed/removed, should not be among them.
Touching local would make more problems than it could solve.
Nah, at worst, it would create as many problems as it solves.

The primary function of GPS is not orientation as off a map, its precise positioning.
You clearly have no idea how many modern systems rely on GPS today.
Talking to you about this, is like talking to a caveman with his “map” scrawled on an animal hide with coal.
Yes as a signals dude, I know that much of our equipment cannot be aligned without GPS. You have NO idea what you are talking about.

Delayed Local doesnt impair defenders or aggressors anymore than the other.
The same as now will persist, except that the intel is delayed.
Just makes both have to wait for that intel, equally.

Because gates register you as you jump thru them
Why do the gates provide that data to everyone in the system?
Could that not be delayed, or removed?
