I am advocating for risk in null sec. Claws are not risk free as the many losses on my KB and many other KBs show. People advocating for the removal of Nullifcation from Combat ceptors, however, clearly ask for the removal of risk from null sec so that they can rat in peace without any regular interruption.

@CCP_Falcon So you are suddenly changing HIC because they can deloak someone, colleteral is that every wormhole dweller runs into huge issues because some people get decloaked.
So much for “… quick changes can easily miss the mark.” FAXes still not receive the nerf they deserve while they tanking like a super which has been adressed as an issue that everybody agrees upon.

But Brisc was clear in CSM campaign that he doesnt have good ideas, he started there only to push agenda that is pushed upon him by those who vote for him.
Can we please look at carriers as a lone ship? not being able to defang fighters will make the widow absolute useless. On top of that you are secretly buffing a ship class which allready is out of balance. (yes i am looking at carriers on citadels, sending fighters 2000km over the grind…and i am also looking at ridiculous projection of fighters against small ships).
And on top of that you are removing our only way to safely hand verge holes…and declaring us as “collateral”? Come on guys…wormholers are not people of 2nd class.
But i learned that i should end every argument with some good points, so:
-Thumbs up for the Damavik midslot changes, now i can look into that ship.
-working on combat interceptors is a good point, but you should show the crow some more love so caldari roleplayers can have their own travel interceptor.

ECM nerf is bad, it is the only thing that allows an organised small fleet to take on a disorderly rabble.

The biggest advantage of ECM is your opponent cant do anything beside USE A BURST JAMMER if he is not willing to sacrifice one med to the possibility of getting ECMed he should die.
So this change will make ECM even less used as it actually is.
I play for more than 10 years and cant remember dying to ECM.
The interceptor change is completely unnecessary, just because there are groups that never heard about rapid light missile you do not have to take away the travelceptor.
Guess Goons are pissed about ceptor fleets which are the only thing left that can disturb them from crabbing and with CSM control the try to remove them from game.

These HIC changes are unacceptable to wormholers falcon? This is ridiculous, mass control is so vital, and with the variable masses of wormholes you’ve essentially guaranteed you’ll need to suicide roll characters out in order to close certain holes.

The Raptor has been long used as a Taxi ceptor, especially due to it’s shield resist bonus.
With the loss of interdiction, a Caldari Interceptor pilot is forced to use the Crow to ‘taxi’.
The problem with the Crow is that even with all V’s, faction Istabs, T2 Low Friction rigs, and a 6% agility implant, you cannot get under a 2 second align, one of the core defining traits of a ‘taxi’ ceptor,

Lol, they wanted to fix the broken 500MWD HIC “as fast as possible” after they let it sit for a year. I guess any hope of a change to the ludicrous CCP dev cycle continues to be a pipe dream?

LOL don’t use logic, it suddenly became such a big problem that no consideration was given to how to fill the gap that this thing is going to cause.

This wasn’t an urgent change - 500mn HICs have been a problem for a long time.
The changes look mostly good, but the HIC change is going to be absolutely devastating to wormholers. Using rolling HICs is a core part of our day-to-day. The second thing I trained my alt into was a HIC, for exactly this reason. Please, please don’t remove our ability to deal with crit wormholes. All the other replacements are significantly worse in multiple ways. Just delay this change one patch and fast-track the mass manipulation module, that’s all we want.
