Yours might be shorter, but you’re glossing over a few details there. If you don’t at least attempt to save your excavs then each loss you take is heftier than is necessary.
The other thing is, just dropping super carriers is no guarantee of success. There are one or two doctrines out there that will smoke you like a cigar if you try that, then you’ll have lost a Rorq, some FAX, and probably a super or two. More if you can’t get extracted. If a Rorq save goes wrong it’s the kind of thing that can quickly spiral out of control. (Damn good content though.)
You should expect the above to happen a lot more often as well given the other changes in the patch, which is really my point. As it stands each Rorq that dies is going to lose a minimum 2 excavs, and that’s just to start. Insurance is going down, remote repairs are going to diminish, fighters are going to be less capable of applying damage.
A lot is happening in this patch. It’s worth taking the extra time and holding some small portion of it off.
When you make a statement that can’t be proven by looking up your information, you invite skepticism about what you wrote. That’s the downside to using a forum alt. Deal with it.
I guess I don’t care to comment on YOUR skeptisism. I have nothing to prove to you as a CSM or any other CSM and my comments should be considered equally as valid as anyone else’s regardless of which character I’m posting from.

Super ratting and carrier ratting will be killed by this patch no warp = no sites = you die faster than you allready do now.

Players of all walks of Life in eve should have the right to play the game. doing only incursions should not be forced upon them.
this patch is and will be a disaster of eve and CSM should be ashamed of themselfs for allowing it to happen.
TIME AND TIME again normal players suffer the consequences of the goonswarm botting armada or any other high and Mighty Power house. this cycle MUST END and it should not end by telling normal players to “screw themselfs if they wanna rat in carrier or mine with a rorqual or do exploration or god knows what else.”
His point is that anybody could claim they are a CEO from an alt account. So, if your opinion to be valued as if you were a CEO, post from that account. Otherwise, we can’t assume that everybody who claims they own a corporation actually owns one.

No, I’m suggesting that if your only goal is to maximize the amount of isk you’re producing per hour, then you may need to reevaluate that given these changes and do something different. If you love carrier ratting and it’s your absolute favorite thing, you can still do it, but you won’t make as much isk as made before and it will be riskier.
Nobody is saying you can’t keep doing it. You’re just not going to be rewarded as much as you were before. If the only thing you care about is the reward, then alter your behavior to chase the reward. If you want to keep doing what you did before, then do it.

Only directly. We’ll adapt to it better than anyone else will, too, so in the long run, this, like literally every other change that it was possible to make, only serves our purposes. You forget that most of the eve players are not panzies who give up when they get a slight nerf to their place style, the real eve player’s will adapt they will find new ways to take on the new challenge’s they face. The people leaving because life in null cant be afked anymore with total safety are not going to make a dent in eve.
