It’s great that they’re bring thing to CCP’s attention all year long, But if it’s not on record, there’s no way to know that it happened.

That’s true. And there’s a lot left out of the record on purpose. An NDA wouldn’t serve much point if there was nothing to not disclose.
Point is: you can’t use the minutes as ‘if it’s not in here, it didn’t happen’, because what’s in there… is only the barest bones of what did happen.

I’ll go further: this will accelerate the disparity between Delve and the rest of null. Because now it’s harder to catch up to us.
But capitals did need a lot of work. I’m not even sure this comes close to being enough. The Fax changes… we’ll see, when we actually have the math.

Along with the changes to fighters, we want to add more risk to using the very powerful Networked Sensor Array by disallowing ship warp while the NSA is active. - it is triage for carriers?!
Maybe you just cancel the nullsec anomalies?
What balance are you talking about? Leshak kills the carrier solo without any problems. The small fleet with t1 modules kills the carrier solo too.
U are no change pvp balance u change pve balance. Small alliances and corporations will have more problems to protect their pilots. And for “bots” from Delve nothing will change. He make cyno and will get 30 titans to help…

No. You can still move, receive remote repairs, etc.
So what’s the point of making excavators larger? Are you trying to get them killed? I mean I lose enough because they are stupid slow, and don’t return fast enough. Now they won’t all fit in a mobile depot.

What about the Widow? it is has been rendered useless with the ECM nerf. Would be good to give it some love.

well guess I wont be flying rorquals any more do to the fact that i cant save all my drones and literally every time I go mine a moon we have neutrals stopping in because they wait for the scheduled brake lol delve will be the best and only safe space to use rorquals and goons will grow even more. nice ccp. way to cater to the most powerful faction and probably the most profitable one too. maybe next time fix the cloak camping problem? rorquals are already risky to fly u don’t need to condemn these 5m coffins anymore then u have. maybe decrease the siege timer but keep the fuel cost the same so its safer but cost more.
Why do i have a feeling that these 0.0-sec changes while on paper looking good are carefully constructed to leave goons alone while hurting these small guys everybody cares about? 
Changes for Faxes: bring more Faxes
Changes to HAW on Titans: bring more titans
Changes to Fighters: bring more carriers and supers
Change for Rorquals tank: does local tank really matters when your real tank is standby fleet available by pressing one button?
Change for Rorqual mining drones: get more Rorqual alts.

Because no matter what the change is, we’re built to adapt, used to doing it, and have the manpower to make it look like we know what we’re doing. So regardless of what the changes wound up being, it would end up looking like it catered to us.
Just like ‘no change’ would have.

That’s a pretty simple list compared to actively piloting a hunting ship. If you are complaining about it being worse when your multi boxing then the problem could be more related to you doubling your work load by multi boxing?

we don’t as we never see the chat between CSM and CCP. We can only take the word of those that say they have, but never see any form of confirmation this has been done.
there have been many great ideas for balancing than what has been applied, the last one I remember was for the ECM, using a similar system to how Neuts and Nercos work, it was an easy systems as it would use an existing in game system, but instead CCP stuck with the blanket balance.
I’m sure others could easily provide other examples of other balance suggestions that were 100% better than what CCP stuck us the community with.
any intelligent developer/programmer would look at many of these suggestions and see the benefit to them. I’m sure many CSM members of the years have seen it to, but the question is why has CSM failed to push any of these ideas through the CCP process?
is the CSM just a mean of CCP passing the buck to CSM and those avoid answering the community questions and the CSM members get hammered instead of CCP over these “balances”?
what about those of us that single account only? we would like to mine in a rorqual rather then mining in a barge making 10% of what we could be making ratting in a vni. how does this help us smaller players and corps not just wither and die do to moons not being mined enough to pay for taxes? its hard already to keep rorquals on the field with neutrals coming into system due to scheduled moon cracking.

The Abaddon needs more cap instead of a damage bonus. It suffers in sustained fights against other ships of its class due to its inability to remain fully engaged for prolonged periods of time.

Ultimately, the CSM cannot force anything. If you look at the summit minutes, you’ll see they tend to bring up issues they all agree on at the summits. That’s because when they’re unanimous, it makes it harder to ignore them. When you’re looking at ‘a lot of good ideas’ here on the forum, they’re not all going to come together behind one idea unless it’s so amazingly clear that it’s the best option that CCP would have to actually be in a vegetative state not to see it themselves. And that means… not unanimous, so they don’t have that strong push.
Go someplace with a better rental deal?
