REMEMBER!!! the few people who started complaining about the state of the market? people complained things were to cheap and that people had to many titans and other ships? Then what happened? What happened was the sh#t show we have had for the last 2 plus years!!! Having cheap ships and going out into space was fun, you all remember fun right? " Im sure CCP knows what it is doing" Never has a quote made me laugh so much, i hope for all the diehards in this game that you may get what you want from CCP for extra money.

Now you have skill injectors and yeah I use them. I have ended and made up accounts as my taste have changed in game. I get tired of one and do another and the injectors are nice, however it is kind of pay to win. Then you could by a whole procurer and wait. What did you just say? I had to train for that one baby. So now just give it away. Got it. I also remember forgetting to upgrade my clone then going out and dying.

Fleet boss, " Did everyone remember to upgrade your clones?" Did I pay attention? No. Did I die? Yep. Did I pitch a royal byiotch when it first happened to me? You bet. But did I quit Eve? No.

Wormholes are now easier to find. Wormholes are now more common. Did I quit then? No.

So why now? Could be CCP priced me right out of the market. I at least will stop the Omega. And Alpha might work, but I imagine it will get old halving your abilities. Then watch CCP announce that due to player tantrums Alphas will no longer be free to play. Lurking and watching for that one.

I wouldn’t mind paying 20$ a sub if the game was worth that. But there currently remains a bug/exploit in highsec that makes removing structures in highsec impossible. the exploit forces the structures to shed the wars after 24 hours of being live, so you physically can’t destroy the structure because it takes a week to do. We encountered this bug LAST YEAR, and every single person in my alliance submitted a support ticket, And every single one of us waited nearly 2 weeks to all get the same copy paste message about SuBmItT a BuG rEpOrT. so every single one of us did. and waited. nearly 6 MONTHS now for them to even classify it as an exploit. and still nothing.

The point of this is this. They changed the highsec wardecc mechanics to entirely function around structures to give the war an objective. Then left the mechanic so buggy and untested that you can exploit the system and physically prevent the very mechanics they implemented, rendering the ENTIRE mechanic useless. CCP…has a very large tendancy to do this in EVERY mechanic rework they muddle their grubby little paws into. Effectively REMOVING content from the game.
Yea I’m going to pay 33% more for a game with 80% LESS content than what it had 4 years ago… Get F*cked CCP,

Inflation causes your currency to lose purchasing power, blame your central bank for expanding the monetary base supply masively, you have yet to see the real effect of monetary base inflation, it’s worse than you think.

It’s purchasing power debasement by the central bank.

This is just USD alone, Euro is in the same boat as the others are.

That is why prices go up alot. Adjusting for debasement.

Their inflation of goods basket is always a fiddle to fool you into how bad it really is.

I’m so sick of the Inflation argument, it’s really a dead horse considering no other MMO is raising their prices as steeply as EVE Online is, (most aren’t raising them at all) And they’re dealing with the SAME inflation CCP is. And their development costs will EXCEED (since they actually develop changes for the games they’re working for) CCP’s, because what can CCP’s development costs REALLY be if they’ve had zero development for 2 years? Other than giving lazy devs a 2 year paid vacation

Why would I accept the same amount of your currency that is worth less due to increased monetary base supply? I would be getting less value in payment.

Playing 2nd year on alpha. No regrets.

Also, that amount of salt is enough to feed me through the next decade, ty kindly everyone.

Well you hear it often because inflation is a real thing that effect most things. Sure some MMOs have not raised their prices but I’m sure some have or some have died over the past 20 years.

Go to McDonald’s and aske the why the price of a Big Mac has doubled in the last 20 years. You might not like the reply.

There are other forms of monetization than subscriptions. They aren’t taking a loss due to inflation, Again, Why aren’t other games who are dealing with the same inflation raising their sub price? It’s like all of my points just flew right over your head. The other games don’t have to raise the prices on the Sub because they have proper monetization elsewhere in the game. And a healthy player base to support the game. Eve Online has neither, Maybe they should focus on getting those two things rather than a cheap cash grab before they shut the doors. Also CCP Has not one single time cited inflation as the cause for the raise in price. They cite “cost of future developements” and the loss of the russian player base. Essentially they want us to fork up cash in advance to fund development they’re “sure we’ll be blown away with” when their track record says we shouldn’t trust them with a nickel.

Your currency is debased, purchasing power has dropped, there’s no avoiding that simple clear fact.

It’s a fact, not opinion.

-9 accounts, pay to win and now a higher sub fee. you ■■■■■■ mining, pvp, pve and every other part of the game.

I am actually listening to CCP Paragon babbling away about why this is a great idea. God he sounds so condescending to me. Its like he is going for the best station troll of all times.

I am stuck in station and cannot get out, CCP on the outside just keeps on blasting me time and again.
Or maybe I am on the outside and CCP are on the inside taunting me.

You cannot touch me la la la la la. Well yeah I can touch you. My cancellation strikes CCP’s/ Pearl Abyss wallet for 600 hundred dollars a year DPS.

The more I listen to this guy whine about it, the more I want to knuckle down. Damn it ticks me off listening to him.

yes its an irrelivant fact, Congrats. You sound like a broken record who has one singular talking point that you don’t even fully understand so you can’t even defend the talking point any further than just parroting the same sentance back to me.

Ha, go try Guild Wars 2, its free other than the expansions and they usually do new content every few months.

You mean other than in the PR announcement?

“accounts for years of inflation”

It’s a very relevent fact, if your wages are not rising to meet or beat that, you’re going to better be readjusting your life choices as you’re not going to afford the same lifestyle.

If that’s not a problem for you, then why are you whining about the price rises?

I already have a hard time justifying the price tag for this game. I’ll give you a chance to show off the new stuff you’ve been working on at Fanfest. We look forward to new content and improvements of course, but this might be coming too late. 2 years of in-game resource famine have taken their toll. Scarcity plus price increases in combination with each other are the kiss of death.

I think you guys really squandered all the good will you had. You also squandered the kind of positive PR you could get from a history-making record-breaking video game war. Eve players are a really unique, motivated and passionate community of gamers. We would hit the bricks to recruit new people into the game FOR YOU for free if we thought the game was in a good state. There are already numerous player-run schools to help newcomers understand this incredibly complex game. The pipeline is there. We built it for you. Why don’t you want to use it?

I’m going to start by unsubbing my alt. If my friends decide to leave the game, I’m leaving with them. I think we’re all tired of feeling frustrated and heartbroken. We just wanna have fun.
