All of the doodads and clothing items related to Doctor Who we can get are collected only by going to the Whoverse and bringing them back with you. The login rewards and reward track will be SKINs.
We will not get Daleks. Daleks are not coming to New Eden.
On the one hand stuff like this Dr. Who thing can be a little endearing at the least. Like Christmas trees in the War Thunder hangars. But for that matter in Eve it was players who did “holiday stuff” on their own and that was enough.
The only breakthrough I ever wanted to see what Bug Ships that can feed on frozen (or live) corpses like from the Lexx Series.
There will be no TARDIS in New Eden. There will be no Doctor in this event. The closest thing is an item that drops in the sites.
Scale Model of a Blue Box
This peculiar rectangular cuboid appears to be a small scale model of a presumably larger object. The object is blue in color, with partially obscured textual markings near the top. The white text appear to be written in a common human script, but only the first and last letters remain legible: POL ----- OX.
Everything Doctor Who related will come from the anomaly we are traveling two, which is canonically in the Whoverse. We do not know how or why the Whoverse is ripping across the multiverse but if you have ever watched Doctor Who its pretty standard for an episodes premise

I like how the overwhelming majority of posts indicate that the player perception/position is negative towards this crossover while simultaneously CCP and Pearl Abyss don’t care at all. The negativity towards this crossover is not limited to just one commenting platform either. It is ubiquitous across everything, be it Twitter, Facebook, here, Youtube, TikTok etc etc. I would wager there have been 10x the negative posts than the number of active players online at a given time for Tranquility. I’ve even seen posts from Whovians that are against it. Granted, thanks to the latest Doctor, there are fewer Who fans than you could fit in a Mini Cooper.

If I knew CCP/EVE were planning an event with Doctor Who, I would have not bothered getting back into the game. I mean who thought this was a good idea really? That show is disliked for many good reasons these days. They could do ANYTHING with this game and they just go with the WORST possible sci-fi show available?
And yet you have a couple of forum trolls trying to pretend it’s not the case and that anyone sharing any negativity toward that shamble of an event is “crying” or that they should just leave (ignoring the fact that most people just came from the mail and have already left to begin with) or that it wont matter in the end.
