Done with this!

It will be good riddance when you are gone.

Again tips like this shouldn’t be necessary in a balanced game which is eve not as the example clearly shows.

Combat in what form ever is clearly preferred by ccp and as the declining player number clearly states this is just not contemporary…

CCP has to change the course 180°,which they are not willing to and so the player decline will continue at the current rate…

Their desperate try to stop this by falling from one extreme right into the other clearly shows that they have NO clue what they did wrong.

They were on the right course with the few pve patches they did in the last year but those patches did not go far enough…not even close to…they were half baken and irrelevant.

Now they are falling back into extremely favoring PVP,which will have the exact opposite result they are expecting…instead of more players there will be less…and again…they seem to have no clue why…

Go to nullsec they have made it safe af. Probably why its dead out there.

Again this is no solution…

The core problem this game has is everywhere in high and not in null…

I‘m no miner, but I got to say this.
The average AFK miner is doing more for their ISK ingame, than the PLEX buying pay2win code sect member.

One does as one can. I prefer that to being overly protective when a rookie hits his toe and blaming ccp and all of new eden. Why do you even play this game ?

a recurring mantra of yours ? gets old very fast too…

Eve is dying. He said so …

Can be. But it’s true man.

Didn’t say that. Read again. Read it slowly if you need to.

The “he” is clearly not you.

I just don’t think the challenge of ‘dock up if you have to afk’ is a very high bar for a new player to be able to clear. Nothing prevents a player from saving their ship, new or otherwise.

I do not think anyone should be entitled to walk away from the game client whenever they please for a couple of minutes and be assured their ship survives. Docking up is a defensive tool available to even the newest player and renders them absolutely safe for an indefinite period of time. If a player wants ore, he should be paying attention to get it or willing to accept the additional risk that comes with not doing so.

Haven’t logged into the eve-o general section in years. Glad to see nothing has changed.

Eve is still dying
People are still posting angry “im leaving” threads
People are still asking for people’s stuff

All is still in balance

OP, use a different ship that tanks for more than 5 seconds. The trigs don’t tackle, you can literally warp away.

If you want relatively safe barge mining, join goons or horde. They have new bro corps specifically for people like you to join and mine until your heart is content. You’ll have way more people to interact with that will actually help you… and you’ll make way more isk.

If you want a game that plays itself and where you don’t actually have to take some minimal precaution to be absolutely safe (it’s laughably easy) get a fish tank or something.

I’m not sure why I would buy ISK when I can take it from the miners. I call it dunk2win

Miner do not produce ISK, manufacturer do not produce ISK, PLEX buyer do not produce ISK.

you know where ISK came from? From dirty ■■■■■■■ Trash Crabs/Carebears. Think about it.

Your entire game is based on someone bringing ISK into play, which you can then hoard.

Unless of course you do natural trade like in the middle ages, which are said to have been great times.

They are not an ISK faucet sure, but they generate resources they sell for ISK which they then tend to hoard because they don’t know what to do with. The only reason miners exist is as a source of content for other players.

I think it is absolutely brilliant game design, which isn’t something CCP is normally good at, so I think it was just an lucky unintended consequence of the absence of actual game design.

Nice oxymoron.

I don’t have that much of a problem, if you want to shoot miners. I only find it cowardly and sad in shooting helpless newbs.
But why don’t you shoot somebody who can shoot back for a change?
Dismantle some Tama gatecamps or something like that.
You clearly have the numbers, but aint got the balls.

Idiot!
