Yellow will let you shoot people in LS, as far as I know.

Regarding player aggression in HS, it depends on what you are looking for…The part I enjoy is playing with the rules and crimewatch to get a fight. If that’s not your thing, then of course LS, NS or WH will be more fun for you.

You are always allowed to shoot. Whether you are a coward not willing to lose your ship in the process is a separate issue.
