See…if a customer complains to the restaurant manager once then the manager may deem 'the customer is always right '. If a customer complains 4 or 5 times a day, every day, every week, every month…then I would not blame the manager for then concluding that the customer is the problem and just likes to whine.
With all due respect you seem like a whiner not me. If you cant handle a conversation of this kind why do you even respond? Why not put me on ignore thats why it there. No instead you rock up to complain. Am i right?
Your whole thread is has been put on it’s head and falls apart before you even wrote it. This last update was all based on CSM feedback. This game isn’t fading, it’s just seems to be not for you based on your forum posts (Unless you enjoy being a contrarian).

Every business has highs and lows. EvE has changed so much that comparing it to 10 years ago and pointing to player numbers is disingenuous at best. Plus you have no data to point to, only those old incomplete graphs that anyone can make say anything to support whatever point, including the fake NASA moon landing and proof of a flat earth.

No, the CSM is not a solution, it is a tool added to your kit to help you raise relevant issues within the game. Sometimes it works, other times it does not. But that has been the CSM for a very long time (I should know).
But I do not actually understand your complaint and am tempted to label you a troll and move on . . . CCP can change the game and players cannot? Um, right. That is how computer games work. Devs and players.
So what exactly are you asking for? Access to the code so you can make your own changes or that CCP stops making any changes that have not been cleared by you?

Equality
When you put as much time and effort into the game as I, then you should be on an equal footing?
Edit; I forgot to add you can buy your “equality” but not my experience.
Still to this day I have held onto my suspicions about that day they took away my orca.
They chased me to my control tower sat outside my control tower
then later in the day they scanned me down in a safe spot deep in the system.
That was this Orca loss
Even the day before that issue of them taking control of NPC’s I was wondering why are they bumping me off tether?
Then around 6 months later I had enough of those crazy things happening so I made the thread titled “When will these Trivialturds be leaving New Eden”

In “justice”, everyone just storms the stadium and sits wherever they want without paying. The mob rules - regular patrons stay away. The stadium goes bankrupt from lack of revenue, the mob burns the abandoned stadium down and the baseball team has nowhere to play. The team transfers to another city/state.

I’d call that Idiocy, not Justice. On the other hand, if that Baseball team had benefitted from the city/state’s massive subsidies for their shiny new stadium and then transfers to another state anyway because they pay even more, your scenario would indeed be a sort of justice.
