OP, sounds like you are in a bad corp. Every EvE player can be useful from day 1, whether they are Omega or stay as Alpha. You just need the proper guidance to help you get started.
He finds a reason to bring this up when ever he can, for the last 8 years.
Side note, T2BPOs are a terrible investment which are all but impossible to recoup the investment cost of.

Of course people who are boosted can get set up easily.
But this is “the” game where you can’t trust anyone ever. I can remember only two organizations that a lone new player might reasonably trust: EVE Uni and “R vs B”. And they don’t suit everyone.
So short of boosting by RL friends, what really works? EVE’s players the the constraint that blocks the path you suggest.

Who ask you anything? You are not important, you are already hooked ( and drained out ), but new generations of gamers are important and wanted in Eve online.

I am representing just myself and writing down cold financial facts, Gen Z is a future and everyone in game industry must take it as primary target it if want to survive.
New players have been explaining their issues and being ignored by experienced players “forever”.
IMO it was never smart, but now there’s data to support that: EVE’s retention rate.

There is a lot of whining and complaining going on in every game forum on the net. That on itself doesen’t necessarily mean they are all right or have even a clue how to fix it.

But almost all complaints carry useful information. There’s a whole class of people who think the tone is important, and ignore the attempts to identify and describe problems. In places where actually dealing with problems matters, such people don’t last long.
