EVE Online Ecosystem Outlook

I really do think that the blackout killed most of the bots…
They rely solely on the local chat, and looking at the economic report for those months, it’s very clear to see, that the bounty payout was literally 40% of the usual.
It dropped from over 50t to just over 22t

Then you’re really a fool. The bots moved to highsec during the blackout. That’s it.

The funny thing about the whole “I’m unsubscribing!!1!1!1111ONE” nonsense is that it never shows up in the numbers. Even after the blackout, the numbers stayed consistent. This player base will absorb getting nerfed over and over and over again and keep coming back for more.

Still trying to make new content by balancing and nerfing I see.

I read this and I said “yup the sandbox is dead”.

  1. Only CCP knows the exact number of accounts.
  2. If blackout had no effect, it would not have ended so abruptly.

I give a wet fart on those numbers anyway.

I only know a handful of people who only have one account.

Conversely, one can also conclude that more accounts are now needed to generate the same amount of money that was previously possible with fewer accounts.

What about Oasa, what’s going on there?

they should change this in the “what is eve” “EVE Online is a community-driven spaceship MMO where players can play free, choosing their own path from countless options.” I feel its CCP driven now. Anyhow I get some folks like the changes, which looks like its really designed to kill off big groups and make it “fair” for all. LoL that will never happen. I kind of got a warm fuzzy from the disappearance of trit in null sec. What I did was move my mining alts to high sec dumped some of them because lets face it mining a hole system plus the anoms doesn’t really require that much. Plus i don’t need the usual fax and QRF fleet to defend me. Then I send it on out to home (null). It wont be long before others follow this strategy. It might take it bit longer but the net is nearly the same. I get a tickle watching the new bros run from rock to rock trying to get scraps.
Note to CCP remove all the trit from the game because that’s the only way you will keep it from old players. Really is there anything that you can change that is going to put even half skilled player at a disadvantage to a new player.

November is when PanFam pulled back from Tribute and set up their military in Malpais and moved their ISK-generation from Geminate/Tenal to Oasa. A large chunk of what you’re seeing there is likely the infrastructure and upgrades coming online.

  1. Correct.
  2. It was always going to be temporary. That it ended the way it did means nothing.

Oasa is Fraternity’s main krabbing area. That’s what’s going on there.

They were just bounties…
can you show me equal income in the old area?

This is also where the new “player” numbers come from.

Equal income across Branch, Tenal, Geminate, Kalevala, and Oasa (since FRT was already there)?

Feel free to go look.

EDIT: Or, you know, don’t bother. Yay casual racism. Think we’re done here.

Along with this rectifying process, how about you fix the insurance system as well?
Where platinum replaces your ship with modules?
There are a LOT of us who do not like PVP and we are now forced to move into riskier situations.
Adjust the payment plan to justify?

Yeah, that’s right. Stifle at the root of every critical opinion with the racist mace. (edit)
:+1:

So here is what I am seeing, CCP is pushing the Eve world to be more like a real system. The picture they included in this blog is a real hint as to what they have planned. The larger alliances will find themselves in need of having to have a presence in Hi, Low and Null in order to truly be vertically oriented in production. Others will make their isk by being horizontally oriented in their production operations. I foresee more regional hubs popping up to centralize sectors for all. Piracy of all shipping lines will continue to be a real thing. Think 14-1500s triangle trade. Find your niche folks.

If the shoes fits…

Anybody?

what’s that mean? i think i get the point but whats an every pointer. P.S. don’t cut off my head with your curvy sword.

Take it I am daft?

Or that maybe it’ll take more than 7m for CCP to respond, if they respond, and nobody else can actually do anything about your insurance payments?

No CCP wont go for that because it doesn’t fit there current make it fair for all. because a super fully fit is in the 30bill range and there goal is to get rid of most of them
