February 2020 Release - General Feedback

Things I have taken from the last few patches

-C5-6 wormhole space is completely dead. No more small groups exist only farmholes (I left out c4 space because nobody lives there anyway)
-Highclass space further nurfed due to rolling mechanic being “fixed”
-No possible way to remove frig holes to allow any sort of isk gaining activity
-W/H sites are now very dangerous with rats shutting down mjd, yet no such thing exists in null and bots are still running with glee.
-Nullsec have 2o warning pings while rolling off a combat incoming w/h is not next to impossible for small/solo groups.
-Kicking over sandcastles has made w/h evictions take much longer, not that shooting a citadel was much fun in the first place. Now even low power structures require days of effort.
-Red dots have taken over.

I will let my subs run out this month. That is enough CCP for a lifetime.

NERFING THE ABILITY to ROLL C1 holes or C5/6 holes after people have invested billions of ISK in those holes seems … like something CCP would do - I mean makes complete sense to have ever-changing game mechanics… /sarcasm off

The whole idea that increasing connectivity promotes content is a false assumption.

@CCP should take a good look at the places where regular conflict takes place in known space - These are the systems with choke points between different areas of space

Then CCP, if you still think increasing “connectivity” drives conflict… there are at least 200 pairs of systems that you could add gates to increase “connectivity” between HI Lo & Nul security

Using this design logic - another 100 gates should see a huge spike in player interaction …NEVER

The red dot is bad and needs option to be able to turn on/off

I don’t mind the changes with ore. New eden needs to feel alive and not just static. Having ore shortage and lore events, having people sad/happy over the changes make Eve’s universe feel alive. :grinning:

Haveing dynamic ore field/sites that deplete from over mining will be good for game.

Come on, CCP, you can do better than that. You switched off the sound in the regular Notifications. That won’t do, it’s not what we ask, LOL. Moreover, those are my personal settings, so no touchee.

Huge props to CCP for fixing the rolling exploit.

Now the wormholers can feel some blackout PTSD I get.

edit: I love it. All the wormhole safe space people who were telling me to HTFU in the blackout threadnaught are crying a river now. CCPLEASE do an event where statics are unrollable and covert cyno will work in wormhole space for a few weeks, let’s hear how “exciting” it’ll feel from the first row.

Then in that case, they and you should both HTFU.
As null also has more connections.

I do feel the wormhole corps will have a much easier time adapting to change.

You’re still whinging about the blackout.

I agree, please let us turn off the red dot!!! :rage: :rage: :rage: :rage: :rage: :rage:

I’m starting to think there’s someone very resistant to guidance around here.

ROFL, like 5 people complained. And some of those are null sec players, god you cant even do a quick look to see who they are you just assume they are WHets because they complained about it. Also blackout thread hit max posts in under a week from people like you crying, this one isnt even at 600 and next to none of them are about WH changes. Try reading the entire thread.

null having a fukton of connections is literally nothing new to me, due to occupying a constellation instead of a single system. It’s a chore to roll them, and I personally never used the exploit in question, so you can imagine the effort. But that’s all it is, hardly anything new, plus with wormchikens seemingly unable to play in any other way than ragerolling (judging by tears), I get a break till they adapt, and after nerfnukes like blackout, filament ■■■■■■■■, bubbles removal, or mining removal, this is just a drop in a river.

They certainly seem to produce more tears per member though.

Like I said, a threat of it still lingers. At any moment Hilmar gets high on his coke and apeshit mix, he can order to push a button which invalidates every skill, ship, item, and infrastructure unit I possess.
Non-umbrella nullsec 2020 is living with a blackout armed gun against your forehead. It’s impossible to ignore.

Just check reddit. Mira Chieve is producing deadspace-class salt. There is a mass call for pitchforks.

I don’t know why wormchikens prefer to cry on reddit, but they sure do.

So, existence of a single frigsize wh prevents you from krabbing? Did you know that null can´t just roll their stargates and enjoy krabbing? And yes, nullsec can also get a wh opened to them any second.

Null sites also dont provide same income as c4-c6 sites.

Didn´t have a single ping when rolled last 2 wh:s. Strange.

C4 sites are worthless tbh for the time it takes. Better off running C3 sites.

(cough)…

What is dead may never die.

Frontier Command Posts are annoying af for the time it takes to run them.

Frontier Barracks are easy peasy fast fast fast running as long as you can survive them. Barracks FTW.

I miss Citadels (C6), it’s been years.

Why? Maybe gasp… not enough content? :grinning:

Explain to me why rageroling is better than using those new connections you’ve been given?

Imagine a module that opens a frig hole exit right in your face… welcome to nullsec, say hi to covert cyno hotdrop.

I literally have no idea, what are you talking about? Wormholes have no warning.

So defenders are getting more chances, meaning more smaller groups are able to survive. But apparently it’s bad by wormholer logic.

Can’t argue that.

Hes refering to local instantly warning you of hostiles.

:red_circle: Why is the Guardian Gala now spamming overview and probe scanner?
