Your corp has internal issue with it’s membership other corporation, even some that have rather open recruitment policy don’t seem to have. This to me sounds like your leadership is unable to deal with it while other corporation do.
That’s for your leadership to figure out. Other corp in EVE seem to be doing well so there has to be a way.

Having a non-■■■■ recruitment team/process would help but that kinda goes again the “any fodder will do” your corp is pushing. Gobbins probably don’t care about you getting awoxed/spammed as long as he get keep his gravy train running.

I had to create an account. Which is probably what you had to do to get in Horde. Trolling is kinda prevalent here and it seems to be in Horde. Maybe there is a reason for this. Maybe its because the entry requirement is so tiny that anyone can make a trolling account. CCP of course has a moderation team to filter at least part of it so it is still at least usable. Does your corp have anything like that to filter out some trash? Are they effective at it or are they doing a ■■■■ job of it?

They cant do it because alpha/omega is account level information and there are data protection laws and things, they cant show who is paying and how much and make that visible sorry.
On a side note- please stop equating all behaviour which you don’t like, and which may very well be toxic, with mental illness, I cant make you stop doing this but I can ask nicely and hope you might work out why it’s harming you and others, and benefiting no one.

Sometimes, in life, something will upset you and you will want it changing, and others will say NO, and you just have to suck it up.
In your case you are in a corp that is known for taking anyone, that’s why they have these problems, honestly, take responsibility for your choices,
maybe
a) join another corp that wont accept just anyone (maybe don’t point them to these forums during the app process though)
b) see if it’s still a problem
c) it wont be, now you know
d) win not whine

I like how the OP, when people aren’t just totally kissing his ass, throws a dismissive tantrum. That alone convinces me the idea has no merit. If the ego is fixated on its own self interest, then the ideas by default serve no one’s interest, and cannot be improved beyond the original presentation.
@OP, the receptivity to an idea is often just as dependent on charm as it is on the merits of the idea. Think about it… you presented an idea and when people didn’t accept it outright, you positioned yourself as an opponent to literally everyone. You created a scenario where people have to be either 100% for or 100% against. Well, guess what, some of your ideas are outright bad, which means everyone who’s not stupid will be a de facto opponent. If instead, you’d have put yourself on the same “side” as your audience, they’d be agreeing with you because you are already on their side. Also, having the entire justification to your idea be an entirely different thread is worse than having no justification at all – it says “I may or may not even understand the issue I’m trying to solve because I can’t even put it into my own words.” And your following responses to the thread make me thing that’s actually an accurate assessment.

I don’t need to know WHY you presented terrible ideas to know why the ideas are terrible, though knowing WHY you presented them would make it easier to make better suggestions on how to not suck. Though based on your responses to this thread so far, you aren’t open to not sucking either, so I guess it’s just gonna suck to be you.

That’s the dismissiveness I was talking about. This thread is a failure. The tone will not improve because the ideas will not improve because you will not improve.

Its because Horde are known for taking anyone and they have a reputation in game as being a ‘meatshield’ for PL,
rightly or wrongly,
its a known fact that most players who have mains in other null entities have alts in horde, because anyone can get in.
This makes it a great corp if you want to just get out to null and play, but if you are thinner skinned it might not be the best place.
Horde leadership could stop this problem right now, but to do so would change the nature of the corp- it would no longer be horde
the junk spai alt trouble accounts would go, but so would all the alpha pilots and guys like yourself who just want to play without the long winded application process that joining a null entity usually involves.
Myself, I like to surround myself with people I can get on with, I might not always agree with them and sometimes argue with them, but I would not want to be in a corp where anyone can join, troll get banned, then just roll another alpha to carry on the troll- so Horde is not an option for me.

But if you start interactions with the assumption that others AREN’T stupid, and they DO WANT to help, sometimes you will be taken for a mug, but usually you will get and receive help.
TLDR: if charm is not possible, try manners, as my gran said they cost nothing and can buy you anything you need.
