How does a freighter mine?
If I knew, Iād probably be too busy crying about the upcoming changes to tell you anyway.
The mining ships put ore in the orcaās fleet hangar, the freighter takes it out, an orcas ore hold isnāt big enough to be useful.
Just 8 skiffs can fill a freighter pretty quickly, if Iām running 15 or more skiffs I use 2.
But as the markets are dead there isnāt any need to have a large setup so atm X=8 skiffs.
I havenāt looked at the speed of the Orcaās compressor as I wonāt be playing but if it is slow it will be worthless to mining ops meaning the freighter is here to stay.
