In this one, it’s the players.
Calling them ‘sociopaths’ might help you feel better about yourself, but it won’t stop them from doing it.
Pretty sure sociopathy, and probably a good dose of sadism, are required traits to enjoy this game.
I’m sure that you’re sure about a lot of things. I’m sure, however, that you’re not psychologically qualified to make such an assessment with any degree of professionalism or intellectual integrity. Not to mention impartiality. You’re clearly biased against people who enjoy the game. It’s prescriptive and pejorative, and meaningless at the end of the day. This is a video game. The things people do in it are not real. There are no real consequences here, not one. Calling them sociopaths puts them in the same category as serial killers and kitten torturers. All this serves to do is ‘other’ them into an outgroup that is ‘beneath’ you.
I was including myself in that demographic. And since my own shrink diagnosed sociopathy as one of my “special problems”, yeah I’m qualified enough. 
Also, you’d better learn what being a sociopath really is. Calling sociopaths serial killers and kitten torturers by default is disgustingly naive and offensive.
Being diagnosed with something doesn’t actually make you an expert on diagnosing it in others, I’m sorry. I’m autistic myself but I’m not going to pretend I have the 8+ years of study that the real professionals have gone through to get to where they are to make the real and not to be taken lightly diagnoses of people with mental health issues.
Yet you have no problem spouting falsehoods about those suffering from sociopathy, as if you’re qualified to do so.
John Gacy, Ted Bundy, Jeffrey McDonald, and Jeffrey Dahmer. All of these people have a few things in common. I know that not all sociopaths are mass murderers and serial killers or kitten torturers, but I’m not ‘spouting falsehoods’, because not only is that a possible outcome of a sociopath, that’s the general perception of a sociopath, which is why people use it as a pejorative to other people and make themselves feel like they’re morally superior. The same thing is done with the excessive way in which ‘nazi’ has been used as a pejorative in the past and now, there are people in the world who literally can’t distinguish a simple economic nationalist from a nazi. There are people in the world who literally think ‘nazi’ just means ‘right wing’.
If you have a problem with ‘spouting falsehoods’ about ‘sociopathy’ then do more about people who misappropriate the illness for their own moralistic spruiking about the forums about how only sick and twisted individuals blow up internet space pixels.

If all the High Sec Gank bears care about is creating tear campaigns…there are trillions worth of tears sitting on the gates in NC and PL space.
Define “gank” or any other word however you want.
That’s what you snowflakes do best.
If you’re going to kill a Titan/Super, you’ll want 30 dreads, not 30 taloses. If you want to kill a carrier, taloses would work. But, where is the fun in that? Often times peoples’ carriers are worth less than freighters.

I think all the definitions of gank here are valid in context so people know what the hell you’re talking about. Stop being a pedantic carebear. It’s just a game, HTFU.
