He knows what his job is , you cant tell him how to do it better because you are not skilled enough and have not being elected but WE DO expect him to do his job properly because we elected him to be president like we choose to play this game
Seems youâre not playing the game in a way that is enjoyable anymore since i get plenty of enjoyment out of doing all those things, solo and especially with my corp. If youâre not having fun with anything in the game go play something else.

I agree with you, Roxana, that I too found EVE more enjoyable in times gone by, although I disagree with most of the reasons you give.
There is plenty of content for everyone, and I daresay there isnât a dedicated capsuleer playing today whose playstyle hasnât been walloped at some point in the past. Thatâs just the way of things.
Perhaps youâll figure a way out of your disappointment.
That made me laugh! CCP is rather like a parliament/congress; there are those tasked with creating policy/design and those whose job it is to implement their decisions. What you might do is think carefully about the âproblemâ and suggest a practical solution. Politicians should always listen closely to those whose interests they represent.
Youâre right; itâs up to CCP to decide whether and how to implement any suggestions from the player base. Theyâll have a valuable overview of the likely consequences, too - but that should never stop you making reasoned suggestions.
Or try the CSM, perhaps.
Another one of these topics, really? The Incursion is public PvE content and not private property of any group or âcommunityâ or however they like to call themselves. It is open for everyone to be engaged as they see fit. So if someone wants to do it as soon as possible, itâs entirely within his right to do so. As it is your right to try to stop him our outperform him. With thousands of players on your side, that should be a pretty simple task.

To players in the fleet that participated the most in the site in question; if there is more than one fleet in a site, others wonât be paid. CONCORD only rewards the most effective capsuleers. If you are not ready to face the competition, we recommend you either merge your fleets together, or spread out to other unchecked sites.
This paragraph even mentions âcompetitionâ as it applies to groups/fleets.
I donât participate in incursions but my reading of the articles indicates to me, at least, competition was intended from the get-go.

You think anyone actually cares ? Personally I only respect people who can turn their verbosity into kills in the game. Everyone else is just spouting hot air and has zero impact on most peopleâs Eve and is thus of zero consequence.
By whining on the forums, clearly you are not.

If there are thousands of people affected by this then why are you the only one posting here in favor of your complaint? 
You really should organize better if you actually want to grab CCPâs attention.
They shown that if enough people complain and their bottom line is affected they are willing to implement any change necessary, even suddenly reversing a recent update if there is a large enough uproar about it and drop of subs.
Just look at what happened when they introduced delayed local to null, it was reversed soon after. Theyâve implemented a solution to bumping preventing warp, constantly nerf ganking and the gankers cry about it all the time and it still happens, and they even made a mechanic to address the dreaded afk cloaked camping some people constantly complained about for a long time but eventually they got fed up and did something about it. It just takes time and effort⌠and numbers, the more people complain about it the quicker they react.
So donât let anyone discourage you, they just know if enough people complain and take other action like unsub in large enough quantities then CCP actually will act upon it, this is why they say CCP doesnât care to discourage you from continuing as they know you can eventually succeed. CCP does care, but only if enough backlash is forcing them to do so.
So you complaining here alone will achieve nothing. But if you do what it takes to unite the thousands of people you talk on behalf of then together you can achieve change, but they have to post here, on reddit, on discord and file support tickets to show your numbers. Otherwise you will achieve nothing.
You have the means so it is all up to you to achieve it.

P.s.: Metagaming is also part of the game and whatever CCP decides is what the game rules are so if they decide they implement a change to prevent sniping the MOM or declare it as an exploit then nobody can do anything about it no matter how hard they will rage about it. So it is up to you and the other affected players to put pressure on CCP and win the meta, just have to put in the effort. 
Edit: Oh and btw not a bad idea to get this story to game journalists, if it explodes and the general public will get a story about one person ruining the game for others it will paint CCP in a bad light so they might very suddenly implement a change to save their public image and avoid negative press and impressions about the game.
Edit: Also contacting some CSM members could also prove useful if they can argue on your behalf.
