Ganking pay back

I see the moist watery Princess is here, maybe to hand out more divine wisdom to her lapdogs , in her vain attempts to oppress the Masses…

The mining caste must be extirpated!

Such is the will of the VCBees!

nah, that’s a rejection to popularity based democracy. 1 thousand energized people that are willing to fight are more important than 10 thousands who just want to cast a low-cost opinion.

For every 1000 miners we ganked, less than 1 of them will want to do something to fight back, they don’t even want to help the “protectors” like you.

In other words, miners don’t count.

This might come as quite a surprise, but generally, miners want to mine, not fight gankers.

That’s a good point Mostly I think its fear. And most of that is not knowing who or what to trust. Anti-gankers could probably use a good PR system. But I can see a problem already…expecting AGers to be body guards and not only that, but completely successful body guards no matter what the miners choose to do. Even real body guards struggle with this…even playing clients are loathe to change their behavior and so make the body guards’ jobs nearly impossible.

Their votes they cast with their IRL currency and their feet count for a lot. But I don’t know what you are saying miners don’t count for exactly.

We are often told to reach for the stars…but you should not reach so hard you end up falling on your face. You…are reaching hard.

Yes, we’ve all heard the tired old argument that EVE must cater to the lowest common denominator, or 90% of its player base will leave and take their money elsewhere.

But some of us still hold out hope that CCP will continue to develop this game despite of those people, instead of for them.

I think you are giving to much credit for Aiko, a pirate (at least has profit in mind)… she and her cohorts a far far away from that.
They are meager gankers who attack victims who can’t defend them self. Sorry for off topic.

But, um, isn’t that what pirates do?

That is not what I said.

But to be more clear, that style of voting WOULD count for a lot if it were exercised.

CCP is going to lean toward what butters their bread. I say, expect more of the same, because its going to take a proper social movement to get certain types of players to revolt in any way at all.

There is quite a variety of pirates and things they get up to. Especially if you include privateers, pirates by another name.

I would like to see more options in EVE for more honorable piracy and have advocated for it. Piracy can be achieved at gunpoint without attacking, but its not really practical in EVE unfortunately. In Eve your choices are basically 1) blow it up 2) BLOW IT UP 3) get blown up and of course I would be remiss if I did not mention 4) blow…it…up.

Blame carebears (and CCP) for that one. In the beginning, and for a few years after that, when PvP corporations were mostly small and personal, there was quite a lot of protection racket/ransom activity going on. As CCP continued caving in to carebear demands to nerf the ■■■■ out of PvP, those activities became not viable. Now the majority of PvP action is concentrated in the hands of a few mega-groups, because it’s the only way to survive.

Nice. HS should have an organized Anti ganking alliance. Hope it will thrive.

The anti-gankers are just gankers. I think the anti is because for the most part, they are incompetent. However, every now and then they kill an innocent newbro like Rion and become everything they claim to hate.

That post is like reaching for the stars…while balancing on a wobbly 10 foot pole. Reaching hard and falling flat. Nobody believes that…not even you.

Where is Rion the lost soul, the last time I saw him he was flashy yellow stealing loot.

Remember people we do have an effect , the very fact that they have to gank in Uedama in sure large numbers now and when we are around we make their ganking harder .
It slows down when we have numbers, they have more failed attempts, some groups have split there fleets like HSG

No matter what they say we effect what they do , they will continue the propaganda about us failing , they have to . We have made them move around and work a bit harder, we will follow and try to hinder there efforts.

This is our Forever War , the fight will continue.

If there are no gankers in Uedama, do you split your fleet and start ganking afk pilots, just to keep the ball rolling?

No , plenty of things to do , tornado gankers to hunt also killrights hunts , we have new players to train and new groups of gankers to intercept. Low sec roams are always fun .

Also working on ways to catch mission runner gankers without spending hours hanging around.

Of course we all need isk so that to .

So what do you do?
