My ticket number is 2698116, and 37 days have passed, but I still haven’t received any further response. Please help me handle this matter as soon as possible.

Ever since Cradle of War, docking/undocking causes overview tabs to change their selection, any plans to fix this? It’s caused a couple losses for me from not seeing hostiles because my tab was set to “dictors” or “ratting” or whichever and I didn’t see them warp on grid.

Any future plans on implementing more Epic Arcs, specifically for Serpentis and Blood Raiders?

Also hopefully include one for Thukker Tribe…

Any chance we can get a font selection settings? some of the non english client versions have a MUCH clearer font for everything from in space brackets to overview, show info windows, etc… kind of unfair tbh

Are there any plans to bring back the Proving Grounds? We miss them.

How many support tickets does FC get in a usual week? Does the frequency change month by month? Are there certain seasons when support tickets seem to balloon? Do NES/EVE Online Store sales (and such) affect those numbers?

Box lock from overview when?

Would you ever test locking DD and BC guns to green in high sec to see how the cost-benefit of ganking changes? Especially with vastly improved hardware and improved software solutions like isboxer and eve-o for multiboxing, it feels out of line with how it used to be and worst of all, high sec mechanics limit counterplay by negating the downsides of the mass controlled glass cannons while magnifying the upsides. You can’t smart bomb without being concorded yourself, bombs are banned in high sec, and edencom ships are too cost ineffective.

Is there room for a security revamp? It feels like there’s room for a middle sec to ease the transition of people out of high sec. Concord on gates and stations and no cynos or capitals, so it would promote the old direct hunter vs hunted. This would help break people out of the high sec mentality imo as gate camps and station games are some of their most hated things. Higher rewards over high sec and a modicum of safety would convince a lot of people as they feel they can fight back if they play well whereas a gate camp or hot drop they cannot.

Is there a FC-record for the longest open support ticket? How many days was it open?

Is there a record of the most back and forth replies to a support ticket? How long did it go on for?

Is there an opening statement/greeting you wished more capsuleers used when making a support ticket? skál?

What’s the most difficult thing in the day of being GM/PX staff?

Do GMs ever just idle in Polaris while reading ‘Rookie Help’?

*Can you drop me an Amarr Titan Skillbook... just for fun? heheh or a T2 BPO? Or a rare skin would be nice..*

Do the support staff even use the cockroach anymore?

What’s the weirdest bug support has experienced ingame? Is it still ingame or how long did it take to resolve? Did it require dev support to fix?

What journey did it take to become support staff? Did you join ISD? Or did you randomly apply for a job?

Is GM/PX work remote or are all support staff within Iceland?

Is support work just a 9-to-5 schedule or does it vary by week?

Would you say grammar is higher amplitude to get a job or knowledge of the game?

If there was one thing you wished capsuleers knew about being a GM/PX staff, what would it be?

When will you improve the public Fleet Advertiser form? It is currently quite limited, and forming a public fleet is difficult without at least having to mess around with the contact list.

Are there any plans to improve the other HUD windows, such as the Overview and Assets, after the ship control HUD? They currently lack functionality and synchronization.

How will the new HUD design fit with the design of other HUD windows, such as Chat, Inventory, Overview, and D-Scan?

Are there any plans to reduce the duration of the Combat and PvP timers?

Are there any plans to increase the docking range for low-sec and null-sec stations? It is really difficult to undock from almost all of them relatively safely under certain circumstances. For example, while the screen is loading or the session timer is active, your ship can end up far outside docking range.

Are there any plans to add a few more stations to null-sec regions such as Venal and Great Wildlands?

Are there any plans to change the design and size of the major trading hubs?

Are there any plans to expand the color palette for marking contacts?

Are company employees going to change their in-game names from CCP_[Alias] to Fenris_[Alias] following the recent legal changes?

Are you brining back Wack’a’Botter, this time? :joy:

I like that idea. Not sure about the CONCORD part, but heavily defended gates and stations plus no cyno warfare sounds like perfect environment for solo-, small- and medscale fights.

I would like to submit a suggestion for a cross-game collaboration: I propose that Fenris Creations partner with Paradox Interactive (the developers of Stellaris) to introduce a new supercapital ship into EVE Online— the Stellaris"Star-Eater" .

The Star-Eater would serve as a unique doomsday vessel. Its primary ability should be to detonate the star in its current solar system, triggering a supernova. This explosion would be entirely indiscriminate, destroying all player-built structures (such as Upwell structures, stations, and starbases) and all piloted ships in the system, regardless of whether they are friendly, neutral, or hostile. The only ships immune to this devastating effect would be other Star-Eaters.

To balance this immense power and prevent it from disrupting the everyday gameplay of New Eden, I suggest the following mechanical restrictions:

1. Movement Limitations: The Star-Eater should be prohibited from using standard EVE stargates, cynosural fields, or regular jump drives. Instead, it must travel exclusively through a Stellaris-inspired structure: the “Hyper Relay” . To enable jumps, these Hyper Relays must be deployed and linked together in a connected chain across adjacent systems. A single, isolated relay would not provide a valid route.

2. Post-Detonation Penalty: Since triggering a supernova would destroy the star, all Hyper Relays in that system should also be destroyed or rendered offline by the blast. As a result, the Star-Eater would become stranded. It would be unable to move again until its owning corporation or alliance deploys and brings online a new Hyper Relay in another valid system. This requirement to “redeploy” the relay network would severely limit the Star-Eater’s mobility and turn its use into a massive logistical commitment.

This collaboration would not only be a fantastic crossover for fans of both universes but also introduce a high-stakes strategic asset that encourages large-scale coordination and counter-play, without allowing for random, roaming insta-wipes.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Very similar to the WH but with the Gate and station security added. Sounds like an interesting mechanic for Non Cap fleet fights .

Are the Harbinger and Prophecy ever going to get a slight remodel (like the Omen and Maller) after like… 20 years since they were first introduced?

When can get shared storage? Like can we have a warehouse can that can have an access list applied to it? This would be such a great Quality of life improvement its insaine! I get that this could cause some strain on the server(s), every request does this. I have thoughts on how this can be reduced.

  1. Make it a plex purchased item/service.

  2. make it a new item/service type, see above, so not ever container in the game is smacking the hell out of the server going do you have access to this?

with todays technology and services/items already in the game there is already some ground work and code that could be reused for this. This would be a huge improvement in the game overall and reduce “alt” corps.

I have a burning question about the forum, don’t know if that is in your venue.

Why??

4 days now.

My final question: it involves an influencer making your company money and then Fenris giving them a slap on the wrist when they broke the EULA/ToS… What’s sacred? Is there a moral line? Does Fenris have a Code of Conduct?

Since it seems if someone makes the company money, Fenris will bend over backwards to make sure that person is pampered. So I guess my question is… Is our personal information safe? Would Fenris ever sell our billing information for profit? If incentivized, do you think Fenris would willingly add malicious code to the game to run cryptominers?
