Yup crazy how some pretty old veterans also fall for this. 
As always character age and skill means nothing when it comes to player experience and skill: If the player makes bad decisions nothing will save them. 
Maybe if you had a bigger wallet Aiko would be more interested in you.

It appears that Locator Agents are either scared to inform of your where abouts or are being paid to protect your location in New Eden.
Avesber is an incompetent loser, in real-life.

I accept the labels, the titles and even the name calling from you Princess as one day this Pilot will be worthy of a 1v1.
Maybe try with a more competent higher level locator agent.

By the way this guy is casually running event sites in Gallente space flying a Ferox Navy so seems to be easy to catch.
Not sure if it is the same fit as his latest loss mail which also is the same ship class and was valued at ~640 mil ISK that dropped ~260 mil ISK worth of loot according to zKill but probably could scan him beforehand to check or just go for it if you don’t want to risk scaring him away.
Either way you can refer to that lossmail to see what kind of fit and thus challenge you might expect when engaging him using the killright.
