if you want to mine in lowsec, without being constantly hunted, just join a lowsec corp.

they have use for a good industrialist and they will protect you and your mining-operations.

Having spent a lot of time in Hevrice (0.4) hunting miners, I can give you some tricks and tips on how to avoid being nailed. Now granted, they are not fool proof, and do not provide absolute 100% safety. But I use these to do mining myself in low, when needed. Or I’m board.

I did very much enjoy removing ventures from my asteroid fields with a stealth bomber.

I would sneak up on them humming the “baby shark” song. Bump into them. Decloak, apply 2 warp scrambs on them, then release the rockets and autocannon!

It was fun.

Maybe I’ll go back to that.

PvP is any interaction between players that is competitive in nature.

Ganking on the other hand is when your chance of winning is much much higher than the opponent, 0 risk type of game play.
