Mike is kinda of an intuition in the forums. He is a elected eve player who represent the player base as best he can. I just don’t have to agree with him. 
At least he gives us feedback!

I tried to help with the NPE and Mike was frankly hostile, rude, and condescending.
He was also dead wrong about how to help new players.
He has never apologized.

I never said you have to agree either. Like it or not, it is what it is and take all the info on the game I can get from all sides just so “I” can stay ahead of the lazy who do not.
