Maybe someone already explained it, but in any case. The definition of ganking is very simple, ganking is an elite pvp. Thatās it.

Ganking is engaging someone in a manner that leaves them unlikely to survive the engagement. It falls under PvP imo.
PvP is just one party competing against another. Be that in trade, for territory or the stuffs you carry. It does not matter.
Trolling is just being annoying for the sake of being annoying for the sake of having fun at the expense of someone else.
Long live the sandbox.
