I also don’t think that EVE Online play by itself
It’s best to just set your safety to yellow unless you are good in what you are doing. Yellow wrecks won’t require red status unless you want to destroy it quickly so gankers won’t be taking it.
The clone soldier ships are exclusive to lowsec, and they’ve been nerfed no longer to point you, so you only get webbed, which is a joke. Don’t think I ever lost a ship to a clone soldier, although I also don’t run into them alot while mining, as CCP nerfed the crap out of the lowsec asteroid belts, so there’s just simply no point any more of going there, unless you’re looking for rats to blow up. Ore is at the anomalies, which don’t have clone soldiers.
Usually you get invited into a null superblock by some recruiter, then go to live in null until you’re bored of null blue donut, and then you go back to high or low, or maybe you go to wormhole land instead. WH’s the place you go to if you feel your corps has been abusing you and you want to live alone now, and low/high is where you go because you want interaction.
Noone sane in his mind buys tritanium in large quantities though. You buy compressed veldspar or other ores containing tritatium instead, which are much easier to move around.
He is talking about the NPC called Hauler, not the diamond industrial ship. The Hauler drops a random amount of random asteroid belt minerals, and has a (very low) chance to spawn in the asteroid belts. It’s unarmed and has 2 escort ships which also drop large quantities of ore. It cannot be chained to respawn the haulers, but will disappear on the next belt cycle if it isn’t wrecked before.
I originally was getting exited over them as they drop large quantities of minerals, but I was living in panfamland, and in panfamland you can’t sell minerals in large quantities as the major indurstrialists that dominate the markets use spreadsheets that can’t handle partially already available resources, so the industrialist will end up ordering compressed veldspar because his spreadsheet tells him, despite him already having the tritanium, and for that reason they are usually not interested into buying asteroid ore minerals.
They’re killable. I kill them all the time.
You can also grab a few alts and blow up their FBO, which solves the problem for a few days.
Or you can take that 2bil isk and give it to the standings repair scammers for them to solve your issue once and for all while you afk or mine.
This is not true.
Clone soldiers in 0.1 systems point you.
Clone soldiers in 0.2 systems web you.
Don’t know why you linked ‘The Plan’ with your comment about spending 2 bil ISK on Standing Repair scammers. ‘The Plan’ (Faction Standing Repair Plan) is a self-help guide, not a service. All the info contained within it for repairing and or boosting Faction Standings is free, there is no service charge for that info.
Sorry, screwed up the links. This is the one I wanted to post:
