I did actually log in for bit yesterday lol, to have a look at wherever my toon was now. Last time I played regularly, I lived in the Pocket (no idea what systems that was formed of, it was in a big corp out in nullsec somewhere) and did lots of mining. It was actually really good fun for a while tbh. It ws back when The NEw Order were faffing about suicide ganking a lot. Are they still around? What a bunch of tools they were.
Anyway, I cant recall why I took a break, but when I came back after it, some big coalition had I guess taken over the Pocket and blew up all the player space stations or whatever, and all my stuff was gone wherever the hell I dont know and I couldnt be arsed.
The interface and character screen and skill …train? training path? i cant remember what anythings called any more - is all different now too.
But - I did manage to go orbit an asteroid in my venture and mine veldspar for ten minutes!
Such a beautifl looking game, it took me right back.
