G’day guys. I am trying to start FW for the first time but I can’t enlist. When I goto enlist it says my standings are to low and must be above 0.0. I’m Amarr but my highest faction standings are with Gallente. My standings with them are 0.4 not -0.4. Why can’t I enlist?
Are you looking at the correct standings. If you trained connections or diplomacy you may be looking at effective standings when FW requires 0.0 or 0.01 BASE standings
I do lvl 4 missions with Gallente so I don’t understand it.
Your base standings are -0.91. You need to be 0.00 BASE
The 0.4 is with diplomacy trained.
Level 4 missions alone will not raise your faction standing. You need to do storyline missions (16th special mission you get for running missions for the same faction and level.
Your gallente career agents will fix this, possibly

If you haven’t done so in the last 90 days, you can also speedrun the Sisters of EVE epic arc (The Blood-Stained Stars). At its conclusion, choose Gallente for the standings boost. The epic arc takes about four hours to complete, but you’ll get a big standings bump for your chosen faction without impacting derivative standings with other factions.

The fastest way to raise your Gallente Faction standing is to run courier missions for the 3 different Level 1 Data Center ‘Graduation Certificate’ Agents… Those agents require no standing for access…
While at the Data Center beacons, don’t speak to any of the other agents located there… If you do, their missions will become active which require both time and ISK to complete… Remember, you can only talk to each agent once and if you fail or let their mission offers expire, you will lose both Corporation and Faction Standing…

Abenync System
Vausitte Yrier (no standing required)
Ekuenbiron System
Etien Duloure (no standing required)
Muer System
Maray Ygier (no standing required)
After completing the 3rd ‘Cert’ mission, take one of the certs to the agent listed on the certificate… That agent will offer a multi part Storyline mission for Faction Standing increase… Completing those missions will introduce another Event Agent who also offers a multi part Storyline mission for Faction Standing increase…
After completing those agent missions, your Gallente Faction standing will definitely be high enough to join Gallente FW…
There’s a lot more ‘Event Agents’ available who also offer missions for Faction Standing increase… Their locations are listed in ‘The Plan’ that @Geo_Eclipse_Oksaras linked…
